Marcus Garrett and Kristi Grissmer were absolutely phenomenal. Friends and family. I was planning on spending 2K and they made me spend eight they are freaking geniuses. I love every second of it. I will definitely be sending all of my friends and family. Room place! Rock!

They have very nice products. We are still using that death 5 years ago. Very durable. Very good. Is very good.

We were greeted by Andrew when we walked in the door. We kind of knew what we wanted after doing some online shopping and just wanted to look around. Andrew was funny and had a great personality. He wasn't hovering when we were looking around and once we were ready to go over things he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience very easy and stress free

The service my husband and I have received from Christy and Makenna was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we walk through the doors we are greeted with smiles and hellos. I highly recommend working with both of these wonderful women to furnish your home to make it the home of your dreams.

My wife and I went to The Room Place after visiting several other stores. It was a breath of fresh air when meeting John. He was extremely professional. He did not hover over us like sales people from other stores with the "how do you like this one?" question every time we sat on a couch. He stayed close enough where he was easily accessible if we had a question but far enough to give us some privacy. We purchased our couch on a Saturday and it is going to be delivered today. We will be back to do more business with John and The Room Place is the future. Thank you! 5 stars for The Room Place and 10 stars for John. Thank you!!

Destiny did an amazing job with customer service. She explained everything very well and broke down the prices. Christie also was a big help as well with wonderful customer service. Both made sure I was satisfied with my purchase on a Daybed and 2 mattresses. So happy I came to this location.

As much as I don't want to admit it this place was amazing, the people who showed us around were nice and good at their job, take for example, the first lady, we were supposed to be going to the kid section and we could've went one way that was faster, but no we went the long way, and the other lady gave me candy, so automatically a A+

Honestly, me and hubby were just looking for a new bed. Instantly, we were greeted at the door. The same lady made sure to tell us about the sale they had going on and reassured us if we needed anything to let her know. About 10/15 of us looking, she came back and asked us about the mattress we were looking at. Ended up getting a credit to buy the mattress. The manager lady was just as nice and sweet. Got us a great deal! Great experience will be back in the future :)

Went in there looking for a mattress prices were a little pricey so today as of June 21,2024 I went looking a mattress in a box for $197.00 so I go to check out the lady asked me I was I going to pay $187.00 for delivery I told her I was buying a mattress by my self normally my grandma would brought it so the lady suggested that instead of paying 187.00 for delivery that I could get my mattress in a Uber so I took Uber home with my mattress it was the best thing someone ever old me so I saved 187.00 delivery free I sorry you will be closing soon thanks for letting me be apart of the room place family

I had the best shopping/ delivery experience here at the room place in Castleton. Diane was my salesperson and she was very sweet and patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted to purchase. The whole process was done in a timely manner and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The ladies in the back processed the order quickly and kept a conversation going. Delivery was easy and super fast and painless. Now I've been getting a bunch of compliments on my furniture. I will definitely be coming back and letting others know!

I have been shopping with Diane since 2017. That’s my girl! I LOVE her. She’s helpful, takes her time, doesn’t rush me, breaks everything down for me when i’m making a purchase, and she’s super nice.

Bought a bunk bed for my siblings, was good, Cristy had helped me, but I knew what I wanted. I see, I like, I buy. I didn’t know they even worked on commission at first it’s held up like 2 years now so that’s great. it was the Catalina bunk bed

Ordered a custom sofa that finally arrived, easy 10 for me, if anyone goes to the store see if they have the Napa, very comfy and loungy. I dont remember who sold me the couch but he spoke spanish and that was enough to help my mom feel more comfortable while we were shopping so I liked the store better for that, she felt weird coming with me to other stores and not being apart of the discussions I was having with the salespeople
