I just went to return some Christmas items. It was pain free. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes. The cashier that attended to me was very courteous and polite. I love shopping at Old Navy even though I do most of my shopping online.

This is the best Old Navy location I've found in Indy. The store is never crowded and the staff is always friendly and asks if I need help. The fitting rooms are tidy, the store isn't cluttered, and they always seem to have what I need! Great selection at very competitive prices, and a huge clearance section too!

I really like their sizes, and how well they fit. Their clothes last a long time. I recently purchased some face mask that were made well, and inexpensive. Thanks Old Navy!
