Purchased an online order a few weeks ago and the shoes didn’t fit. Went to several locations to exchange my shoes and they unable to assist me. Came into this location and was greeted right away! They took great care of me. Brandy the manager was very nice and sweet and knowledgeable. She made my exchange a great and fast experience! Thank you Brandy!!! ☺

Huge selection of athletic apparel and footwear. Very helpful staff in the footwear area, as well as up front at the registers. I've been to other locations and found myself needing to hunt down an associate to assist me. Not here. Highly responsive and friendly. I will definitely make this my new "go-to" location!

Over the past year I've bought a sleeping bad and a pair of binoculars here. Both times the staff was very helpful. The man who sold me the binoculars was particularly helpful in showing me what the differences in the products were and which fit my specific use the best. I wish i could remember his name to give him a shout-out, but he worked behind the gun rack area.

One of my favorite places to go! I am in here at least 3 times a week. They always have the gear that I need from compression or outerwear. And there are good deals. Like spend 50 and get 10 off if you do the survey on the receipt. If you need anything sports related, I'd advise you come here!

Had a phenomenal visit to Dick's. A friend traded his set of golf irons to upgrade and bought a set for $649. He had forgotten that I wanted the clubs he traded in, so we went back to Dick's about 4 days later and they spent 45 minutes looking up the transaction and voiding the trade, and let me purchase the clubs for the same amount that they had valued them for the trade-in. Never have I seen such great customer service from a big box chain. Thank you Akilah!

Their clothing is expensive but at least they let you use theur coupons on Nike , Under Armour etc which stores like Kohl's won't let you do. Can't go wrong buying sports equipment here. We get all my son's Soccer gear here. Also, great shoe selection!

Shoe sales people were available and quick to respond. Store was clean. Checkout line was long and they quickly opened a second register. Courteous staff.

Great service by a patient salesperson during a complicated return. Large selection of typical sporting goods. Wheelchair and stroller friendly with automatic doors and (most) aisles wide enough for easy passage.

The manager John and his whole team did an amazing job at going above and beyond to help us find an item. I was very impressed with their level of customer service, which is something you dont see very much anymore!

Salespeople were great. Always asking if they could help you find something. As if they watched your facial expressions and knew when to asked, but also not too intrusively.

I been in here I love this store! It has the Shoes and Athletic Equipment Very nice! the Jerseys and Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball and Hockey stuff. even has Jordan's here.

Love this store, always have what we need. From baseball equipment to shoes to roller blades (they are missing hockey stuff so i guess they dont have everything) but the store is awesome
