Please disregard Mr. Burrell's unfortunate review of this location. It's always disappointing, yet humorous, to see an ex-employee talk bad about his former location of work after choosing to violate policies and see himself out.

Like any location you may ever visit, it could be a great experience or one that lets you down. Many factors are at play that may influence one's experience. This location is always open to hearing how they can make your experience better :).

Great place to go if you need drinks, snacks, quick little 'meal,' gas or many other things. The employees have always been nothing but kind and welcoming. The women's bathroom is ALWAYS taken, so just go in the men's. Theres a regular toilet in there, but it like faces the urinal almost. Which is gross af because obviously it's urine and smells, but if you have to go bad enough you'll go. Just cover your face and turn towards the left(towards the wall) and it helps. Anyways great place overall. Plus to all you people needing cash- they have a free ATM. There is no cash back on purchases, unfortunately. Which is where the ATM comes into play.

Bryan Byrd is an excellent staff member. Polite and very knowledgeable about his job! I been coming to this place for over a year and his service is by far the best I've had.

My work is really close to this Station, they improved a lot over the course that I’ve been here and I nearly go here everyday. The manager; Doug is a professional man who runs a tight shift with many hard working employees. Despite some slack here or there, the employees make you feel welcome and have always taken care of me. As of right now there hasn’t been any reason for me to talk negatively about this place. P.S. they have upgraded to a new kitchen and coffee beans. The place looks great as always, stop in for a sweet snack, I recommend the boneless buffalo wings with an Oreo milkshake. It’s delicious and filling.

Nice people working there .(nice cashier suggested getting hot food instead of the cold sandwich) .. very tasty lunch chicken wrap combo sandwich,tots and a drink.. cheaper than the cold sandwich!! 😋 yummers!! Thanks for the suggestion!!

Way to go Bryan and Megan and Michelle keep up the good work y'all make a difference in that place

Pretty good experience. They seem to overwork employees though.

New cashiers should not be left alone at the register especially if they don't know left from right. I come in here everyday for tobacco products. The new gal behind the counter was clearly not understanding the product I intended to purchase so after several tries and minutes....I decided to go behind the counter to point at (not take) the product I wanted to purchase. Because the line was building up and there was no one in sight to help her. Low and behold there comes to two employees (man and woman) out the back coming to rush me as I was already making my way back to the front to purchase the products. Now , in my head, I'm thinking that they were clearly watching the camera and her struggling but decided to do nothing until I came around the counter to help her.

I don't think rushing any customer in a menacing manner would have been the appropriate action given they were at fault for not performing their job satisfactory and there was not intent to steal (granted they may not have known this given the situation). I know both employees who came out of the back have been here for awhile because again I come here everyday. So they should have known better.

I encourage management and corporate to review the cctv footage at time stamp 7:30 am on 9/19/2022 at this store.

Come here a lot during lunch hours 12-12:30. Seems like every time I come I'm waiting 20 minutes for two items to be made fresh. The lady's working the Cafe work slowly as if they're not aware it's lunch hour and people need to get back to work. Catching the cafe open is hard enough. Better off hitting a restaurant.

This place has went so far downhill every time I pass (I REFUSE TO ATOP NOW) the trash is over flowing and all over the ground the employees reflect the company RACOST AND DISGUSTING 🤮 ITS SAD! this was such a great store when Matt carter had it if I could fate -10 I would the food is horrible they never have anything in stock absolute utter GARBAGE 🗑

Store was randomly closed in the middle of the day, and after calling support, reopened. They however wouldn't make the order I had placed and been charged for. Great place to have your money and time stolen.

Wow! This should go without saying but an EMPLOYEE should not go directly from eating and touching their mouth and dirty napkin used to wipe their mouth to touching consumables (including food products) that customers need to purchase.....ESPECIALLY during COVID. WASH YOUR FRICKING HANDS!!! I almost snapped on her when she did that to me. Whoever worked cash register 9/4/2021 between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm raises serious concerns about the lack of hygienic standards at this gas station. I mean to make matters worse she was eating in the kitchen near prepared food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just makes you want to throw up knowing her spit and god knows whatever else could be on the items I am touching. I washed everything I bought from her with soap including my game leafs. I'm not a COVID nut because I don't wear a mask. But even under normal circumstances that is just plain old digusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the dirtiest gas/convenience store I’ve been in for years. The employees seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving the customers. And the trash!!! They should be fined for littering. Seems no one empties the trash cans so the trash blows around everywhere. It’s literally unbelievable. This place should be shut down until they bring things up to standard. Terrible

I rely on gas stations to have window cleaning supplies available. This station had no liquid in any of the containers! Very frustrating! An obvious don't care attitude when workers cannot keep basic services available!

The place has went down hill since they got a new manager. Apparently, its a place where if your white you dont get carded for tobacco products no matter how young you look. I literally watched them not card 4 white gentlemen before me but once I got to the counter I got carded. Now I am well aware of the law but I don't think you should choose to enforce it for certain races and not for others. If they look under 40 then card them no matter their race otherwise DONT get upset when you get a pissed off black customer who comes in there on a regular basis (near daily) to buy tobacco products. They need to start hiring better people again and get rid of the old white bigot who clearly has something against African Americans with a manager who condones the discrimination and actually participates in it. I am not the first instance and I doubt I will be the last. Next time, I am just going to record and send the proof to the proper authorities to investigate your practices in regards to the sale of tobacco products. I usually don't post negative reviews but the habitualness of your employees actions is cause for concern .
