Customer service is really considerate- if you are of the Indianapolis are, no need to go to Amazon, they give you amazon prices right off the bat-- meaning if it drops 20 cents, when you buy it directly from them, it's 20 cents cheaper. Their systems are well made and honestly- it's unlike any eCommerce based shop I've ever seen.

I just received my 24w Tuna reef led light. I am upgrading from the 12 w reef light from ABI. First off this is an authentic review the 12 w bulb I bought from you guys was awesome. My corals all thrived from using your light. The price is the best value for your $ point blank and I'm talking about both lights the 12w and the 24w blue Tuna light. I just installed the 24w bulb and let me tell you the colors of my coral really stand out compared to the 12w with blue and white leds. I mean it's truly amazing. I first came to your website from following Maritza the reef vase. Mary is an awesome reefer and without her knowledge I would have never found out about your led lights. I returned an item I bought from Amazon. It is a internet sales warehouse. The man that helped me was very nice, and and the small showroom was very clean and well lighted.

Great service

I purchased multiple Delcast 60w soldering irons. Several have failed. While a few have been replaced by Jacobsparts, I am now being told that I have to pay for return shipping of a defective item which has a lifetime warranty. Customer support is lacking.

Scammed me over $13 then had the balls to ignore my requests to resolve it for over 24 hours during working day(s). Avoid at all costs, I lost $200 on a repair of a vintage Apple notebook because of their incompetence. No attempt whatsoever to resolve it or expedite the correct part as requested, lost me a customer and harmed my business reputation.

The first time I have ordered from this store.... And I WILL NEVER Purchase anything else from them. I misordered a $4.95 item, and had amazon prime and thought i would get a free 2 day shipping, But no... they charged me $20 dollars for shipping! The very next day when i tried to cancel i couldnt.... I called and talked to a guy and he said that i wasnt worth the 20 bucks to give it back to me! So they lost a customer. I emailed and called and both people werent at all! These dont care about their customers at all.... they just wanna sell products! SO I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

Scam site .... I received a micro-USB cable from them and I never ordered it. Check you billing and make sure they are not charging you. Not sure hw they got our mailing address.
