Trenton Ricketts - State Farm Insurance Agent

My daughter's window was cracked by a passing snow plow during inclement weather. I reached out through email to see how to get it repaired quickly. Within 24 hrs the repair appointment had been set up and carried out and her car returned to her without her having to get her young toddler out in below freezing weather nor did she have to worry about trying to keep him occupied in a shop while the work was being done. This made the issue anxiety free for her and myself. But the customer care didn't stop there Trenton emailed checking to make sure everything was done as planned and met our expectations. This is why I am proud to be a State Farm customer. Im more than a client they treat these situations like they would want their own needs met.

Trenton and his team are outstanding! I had progressive and decided to switch! He has saved me over a 120 a month and not to mention he is super easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!

Michael Perry was my agent and he was wonderful! He explained all the details of my insurance to me and was very professional but yet very down to earth and friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to an insurance agent, I felt like I was talking to a friend. Plus he saved me so much money versus my old insurance company and I'm getting much better coverage! I have never been apart of an insurance agency where I felt zero to little stress after pretty much completely destroying my car. (I’m a very emotional person😂) It has been one of the easiest/smoothest processes yet. ABBY HOLLOWAY has done nothing, but go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and reassured! As soon as i realized I was okay and everyone else around me was okay after my accident, I picked up the phone and from that moment on Abby has been there every step of the way, with genuine concern, zero judgment, very helpful advice, and very professional services. The accident happened so fast, but that didn’t stop her, she had a rental car in place within the next few hours and called/texted every time she had new information and has continued to do so.
