Frisch's Big Boy

A trip down memory lane I grew up around this restaurant and hadn't eaten there and almost 30 years. The food was excellent it still tastes just the same way I remember it. The wait staff was fantastic for a surprise large order she was quick friendly and always made sure you were taking care of. The restaurant itself is looking really dated however.

Andrew is a fantastic server, and I hope to have him again. The food is always delicious, and cooked to perfection. Of course the hot fudge cake is the epitome of chocolate heaven, and is always such a delight. Big Boy is a huge part of my childhood, and always makes the best memories. Thank you for decades of happiness. You will always be the best of the best!

Service was really great! We were waited on by a man probably in his 20s with brown fluffy hair. He was fantastic and very attentive to his tables. Food was hot and fresh and the salad bar was stocked, which is hard to find these days.

We were excited about eating at Frisch's because we don't live in Madison. We stood at the front waiting to be seated n was ignored. Finally we asked to be seated which was met with a sigh. After we were at the table, no one came to take our order. We sat there for 15 minutes then just left without eating. Very disappointed. I am editing this review! Frisch's reached out right away and asked me to give them another try. That's what I'm going to do!

Went there around 4 ish and the server was so amazing and patient with my needy service. I didn't mean to be, but coming with a group of adults and young kids- she stayed polite and did great remembering everything. Food was smaller portions so if you're starving, it's not the place for you- but it was an appropriate portion for who wants to eat the amount you're supposed to eat in a meal 😂 I had BLT and it was incredible, And the other adults really loved their burgers. Clean and quiet place to enjoy your meal. Thanks so much!!! About $10.00 per adult for the meals.

Madison,Indiana Frischs is great Eve was our server. Service couldn't have been better. Clean restaurant great atmosphere. We will return.

Had a great experience this evening. Fast and pleasant service. ALICIA WAS OUTSTANDING! All the employees were nice and welcoming. Food came out hot and fresh. Managers actively out in the dining engaging with tables. Sam, Dave, Jack and Craig would be proud! #iykyk

The last time me and my fiance went to frisches big boy was almost three years ago, before that we used to visit there pretty often.  Our last visit on that day, three plus years ago, why we quit coming unfortunately was because: The whole place was filthy from the cups, silverware, plates, floors, tables (probably easier to say everything) our waitress left us waiting for 15mins drinks then another to order food. Food came out cold and mediocre at best so needless to say we just decided to not go back.

NOW Back to Present Day- we both work opposite schedules so eat out alot (more than we should) so we were over the usual places and decided why not let's give frisches another chance. I Absolutely have to say im beyond happy we did. I dont kniw if its bc we haven't been in so long or what but they have alot of new menu items. Mini big boy sliders, deep fried pickles and im not talking about the chip size im talking the whole dill spear fried up 🤤 They were absolutely delicious. The sliders were delicious. The
Service was great friendly fast the place was clean and looked like they got new dishes and really deep cleaned the place. Dessert was delicious (as always) I could go on for days about how shocked and impressed I was at how big of a turn around frishes has made. I highly recommend anyone who has had a bad experience like we did before and decided not to come back, to give them another try. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

Eve was a great waitress who catered to our every need. She said we could all have free fudge sundaes.

Our server was Nonica and she was absolutely the best server ever! She was very attentative, kind and on it!!!!!!! Our food was awesome, also. We will be back.

Service was great. Food was good except the biscuits were a little hard. Ended up putting gravy on them. But otherwise pretty good. We had the Sunday morning breakfast bar. Was a little miffed that a Jr. Breakfast bar was 10 bucks for a 4 yr old. I think we will not do the Jr. Breakfast anymore.

Good food cheap prices the staff is friendly and helpful

Got food I didn't order. Never did get my order. Husband finished his meal and i still didn't have my chips and salsa. Waiter apologized for it taking so long and it was removed from my bill, But I never received my food.

We haven't been here in over 7 yrs. It was amazing. Still very good food...

Good service! Noncia was our waitress. She rocked it. She had several tables to attend. perfection kind to say the least food hot an delicious!

Even though they were short on help they still done an awesome job!!!!
