Dicky's Doghouse

Just went to Dicky’s for the first time this week. I mainly talked to Crystal and Doug. Their communication was clear and concise. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful. Eric was the technician who worked on my car. It’s running really well with no further issues. Reasonably priced. Very satisfied.

Really amazing and understanding people! Helped me figure out the loose connections in my 2012 Honda Civic as well as the reason as to why my alarm was randomly going off. Also, they have very reasonable pricing too! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely go back there again, if my car ever starts to have problems again lol

I had an oil change for my truck. They gave me a car to drive and had the service done in 30 minutes. Fast and friendly and the price was fair! Good place. I will go back.

Had oil change and tire rotation. Took less than an hour.They did a complete assessment of my vehicle and recommended replacement of wiper blades and air filter and did so only after my approval. Staff very friendly, professional and honest ( you just don’t find this combination anymore). I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Dicky's Doghouse was amazing! They give you the full diagnostic of your vehicle, as well as pictures. I would definitely recommend them as your next place to make an appointment for your car.

I am so grateful for Dicky and his amazing staff. They have kept our 40 year old Madison Trolleys going amazingly well. Not only taking great care on regularly scheduled maintenance. But the ignition system under the dash started sparking and catching the wire coating and electrical tape on fire. After getting the flame out with a fire extinguisher had it towed to Dickys. The team found an ignition set, cleaned and installed. The light switch ensemble was charred and burned too. Dicky found an old wiring diagram and they were able to rewire the new light switch in. The staff is so courteous and knowledgeable and moved us right into their other scheduled customers. When you see a trolley around town, thank Dickys Doghouse crew for keeping us serving our community.

My husband and I are new in town and went looking for the best recommendation for the best local mechanic to fix a serious oil leak in my car. Everyone I spoke to said the same thing, "for the best service call Dicky's Dog House".
I couldn't be more pleased that I took their advice!!!
While it takes a while to book an appointment and get on their schedule (because they are that much in demand) the time and money spent was worth it. Not only did I have one leak but every gasket and seal in my engine had turned to mush and needed to be replaced.
I was given a typed list of exact costs during the inspection of the car and, when it came time for the repair appointment, what a shock to be told that some of the expected repairs did not need to be done and so, they had saved me about $800. That is an honest business!!
As a female, I drive solo across a large portion of North America and I look to my mechanic(s) to treat me and my vehicles as if we were the most important thing in the world to them because, if I'm sitting on the side of the road, stranded, with a broken car, who do you think I'm coming after?
I am happy with the two sets of repairs done to date, my car runs like a dream, the concrete garage floor is spotless, I feel confident that I can set out on the highway knowing my vehicle was fixed properly and, if anything does go wrong, Dicky's stands behind their work with an excellent warranty.
They will have all my business going forward.

They did a great job on my vehicle repair! They were friendly and reasonable on the pricing. They were very booked up but we’re able to work me in over a couple days, which would have been only one if the parts had been available. I definitely recommend them for your vehicle repairs. I will be using them in the future!!

I got an appointment to have my vehicle repaired at Dickies Doghouse, when that day came and I took it there, I was so pleased that it took exactly the amount of time to fix the problem and the bill was exactly what they told me it would be. I was so glad with their service and I highly recommend them for everybody to experience their service department. Great service and great people! The crankshaft was leaking.

Great service, went above and beyond to ensure quality service.

We had a flat tire at our house and Dicky came out and made sure we got over to his business. Everyone was very friendly and made sure it was taken care of that day. We needed to get a set of tires and they set the date and checked during that time about the time and day. The receptionist was great, along with Doug and Dicky. We will definitely rely on them for taking care of our vehicles. We need more businesses like this.
