Dr Tandy got myself and my dog Otis through a harrowing nail trim. thanks to her professionalism and bedside manner she was even able to get me calmed down, Otis was just fine afterwards and with a little reassurance I also left confident nail trims aren't that scary. thanks for twenty or so years giving great care to my pups.
P.S. human treats might help too!

I have taken my many pets here over the last 25 plus years. The staff and doctors are professional and get to know the needs of each one.They are thorough when diagnosing issues and explain available options. Sometimes our pets develop health issues that can't be treated. The doctors and staff have always been very caring during these difficult times.

Always a pleasant experience at this vet. We have been using them for 2 decades and trust them whole heartedly with our beloved pets. Definitely recommend.

When I was having issues with my Sammy limping, I couldn't get into my regular vet. I called Waltz Animal clinic and they got him right in. Did blood work took exrays and found out he had Lyme dz and my vet bever told me. So they treated him like he should have been before and I took him back for follow up blood work and he's fine. They were caring and so gentle with him. I'm impressed! So guess where he's staying!

We've been using Waltz Animal Clinic for years, both for veterinary care and boarding of our dog. Staff is always friendly. Have never had any reason to consider another option.

Other than the occasional rude receptionist from Time to time, this place is great. Took my foster babies here and my furbabies. Love it here because they show great care for the animals.

I took my 2 month old kitten there for what seemed like a urinary infection of some kind and they refused to listen and said it was from diarrhea and gave me unnecessary medicine for her. Then today proceeded to say that the urinary problem was never mentioned when I had someone else with me that heard me say it to them over and over. So when I took her back because the problem never got better and they said that they would do a urinary test and the visit would only be so much I gave them my number and told them to call me when she was finished and I would be the one to come pick her up. They did not call me at all and told me that it's not their job to listen to us just to what their paperwork says. When they put the wrong stuff down on her paperwork to begin with. They tried to charge me double what was originally said, then said if I don't pay I don't get my cat back. I will not ever go to this clinic again.

EDIT: I looked up one of the things they charged me for and it said it is a surgical procedure when nothing surgical was even spoken about...stuck a needle in her bladder after saying they were going to wait for her to urinate on her own and only gave it about an hour before doing that. I never got a phone call asking for permission to do that when it was never even mentioned as a possibility of needing to be done in the first place...

Crazy high priced and when I tried to get info they acted as if they were too good to answer my questions !!!!!
