American Eagle Store

This was an exceptionally good experience. The employees were very aware of safety concerns that may affect customers experience and they were not afraid to ask questions to anyone who may have had I’ll intentions. Very impressed and highly recommend this location. This unit had a large inventory with very good presentation. A+

The service here was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Cora helped my daughter find the jeans she wanted, even though my daughter kept changing what she wanted. Overall the service was amazing and I will definitely go there again.

Hailey was amazing with our daughter! She suggested a few different pants for her that we probably never would have grabbed. Our daughter is extremely slim and TALL. She really wanted a pair of wide leg pants/jeans and has had no luck finding any in the 4 months we've searched. Because of Hailey, Isla left ecstatic with not one, but TWO pairs of pants! Hailey also helped her get the best deal so that Isla got more bang for her buck using her birthday money. Shout out to Hailey for making Isla feel extra special today!

Went on black Friday to grab jeans and I was impressed with my experience. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hannah went above and beyond to find my size. The store was neat and well organized. There was a long line but it went so fast. They really made my shopping experience pleasant.

My husband and I had the most refreshing shopping experience at Aerie in Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis, Indiana! Brittany, Teyan, Leslie & Izzy are proof that you can still give amazing service amidst COVID-19. They were happy to be working and ecstatic to have customers meandering around the store shopping. When I asked questions about their garments quality in relation to my size and durability over time they were honest and directed me towards styles best suited for my personal needs. The cutest one of them all was all tatted up with the most beautiful body art. We loved them so much that we got the tattoo artist info and are heading there to get some custom body art in honor of our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you...will be shopping at Aerie more often!

American eagle is my favorite clothing store of all time! The cutest shirts and the most stylish jeans I have ever worn. About 90% of my closet is from American eagle.

My 14 year old daughter loves this store! I'm not in love with the prices, but at least the clothes are quality, as opposed to Forever 21. Frequent shoppers!

Great clothes but not much of the upper sizes (14/16/18 or larges) to try on. Very limited size selection available to try.

So happy they opened the Aerie store at castleton mall, I love what they stand for and they always have good deals! Body image doesn't matter!!!
