Hancock Family Medicine- McKenzie

I have been coming here for over 9 years. They do their very best to fit me in for emergent illnesses, the wait time is less than 10 minutes and they have always been caring and attentive. Many of the nurses have been there since my first visit and know me by name. Dr. Shapiro has an amazing bedside manner and truly cares about the health of his patients. It’s wonderful to have a physician that takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides me the opportunity to have a voice in my healthcare. I would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

The physicians at Hancock Family Medicine on McKenzie Rd are top of the line. The exemplify such compassion and empathy toward their patients. They all go above and beyond to treat their patients with the best care possible. The staff are so very kind and willing to always help. I am always greeted with a smile and my doctor is honest with me. I love all the staff here.

Dr. Lori Sanford and her staff are always pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their office if you have any dermatology needs, even just beauty advice. I am so excited to try the skin care line they provide in their office. How convenient! Plus I would rather go to a doctor for beauty advice rather than a makeup counter any day!

Dr. Deemer of Hancock Family Practice is an awesome doctor. She takes the time to listen and understand all of my various medical concerns. She seems to truly care. She is personable and I couldn't ask for a better physician. Other doctors in the practice are very good as well. You can't go wrong with Hancock Health!

Dr. M Surburg and his team at Hancock family medicine are great. He has been my primary care physician for the last 6 years. I have had no complaints or issues with group of Drs and staff here. They all take the time to listen to your ailments and issues and work hard with you to find a solution. They listen to your thoughts and ideas and don’t just force treatment or guess what could be the problem like other practices. I like how they have a sick clinic for their patients. If you need to see a Dr. and can’t get in to see your own primary the walk in clinic is available every morning Monday / Friday . It’s cheaper then an ER visit and they have access you all your medical history. The front office staff is always nice and I never have the crazy wait times to see the Dr like most other offices and haven’t had any billing issues either. I highly suggest and recommend Hancock family medicine.

I've been a patient of Dr. Surburg for 10 years.. He is courtesy , spends time with patients, making them feel at ease, promt no long waiting, willing to discuss any matter that concerns you. I'd strongly advise him an the staff at Hancock family medicine to everybody.

The last visit my husband, Donald Ridder, and I we saw Cynthia Montgomery and My husband had Angie as the medical assisstant. We really like Cindy. She takes the time to listen to what is wrong with us and she tries to help anyway she can. For myself, Cindy helped me with my anxiety and she put me on a blood pressure medicine that really work for me. My husband loves the way she tries to help. I love the way she takes the time to examine you and makes sure you have all your refills you need on your medicine. We really love Cindy. She is very nice and is willing to help as much as she can. My husband feels the same about Angie. She listens and gets things ready so the Dr. or Cindy knows what we need when we come in.

Dr R was wonderful. We was very personable and professional. He listened and explained everything to me. I was very impressed by him. If looking for a family doctor, I highly recommend him!

Dr. Surburg at Hancock Family is very personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for and about each of his patients. Ever since I moved to Indiana in 2013, he has been our family doctor. Regarding our medical care, if there was a magic genie with a wish to grant, I'd wish for him to be our personal doctor on call the rest of our lives!!! 😄

Dr. Cudiamat always takes her time with me. She is a compassionate doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. She is sincerely concerned about my health. Great Family Doctor!!!

Even though I no longer work in Greenfield, I make the drive to see Dr. Cudiamat. She is that impressive of a doctor! She cares for her patients and it shows. I proffer my

We always have such a great experience here! Quick check ins, friendly staff and all of our questions are answered appropriately! It’s rough with a sick 1 year old and they make things easy for us.

I have been going to Hancock Family Medicine 4 years now and the doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful and my doctor goes out of her way to help me no matter what especially when I'm sick, and even when it comes to a referral to find me a doctor when I need it for specialist for some other kind of me need I would highly recommend Hancock Family Medicine to anyone and I have recommended them two people I know that have asked if I know any doctors in the area.

Friendly staff, clean. I saw Dr Ratnayake and he was very nice. Spent a good amount of time with me, very thorough and listened to me. Very happy.

This office has so many caring and dedicated providers and I never have to wait long for an appointment or even once I am there. Highly recommend!
