I have been to TCC twice for help. One was very complicated. Both times Tony has been excellent in customer service. I cannot recomnend him enough.

My wife and I were both in need of phone upgrades, been way too long! Jumped online and read reviews for the local Verizon stores, this store had high marks. Arrived at the store and was greeted by Chad, he was very polite and informative, not pushy and didn't try to oversell us. A short time later we left with two new phones and a favorite new Verizon store. Best phone purchase experience ever!

First time stop at Verizon Brownsburg. Happily had the full attention of the CS rep. Tony was thorough in his explanation of the credits, rate differences, and phone use. And just for him. "Something nice".

Chad was able to trouble shoot over the phone for my daughter about a problem with her iPhone during her FL Spring Break trip and saved the day! We really appreciate the great service.

Went in to add a line for my daughter and MIKE made my experience seamless and was incredibly efficient in handling my need. Dude was knowledgeable and very quick to get me on my way. Probably sent less than 15 minutes in the store. Highly recommend Mike and this location.
