I love this store. They have so many great things. It's a homeowner's paradise. And the staff, in my experience, has always been very helpful and friendly.

I go to Lowe's to often. On my last visit a customer asked if if I worked there. I replied no but I maybe able to help. They asked their question and I told them what isle and where to find what they were looking for.
When ever I go on most occasions someone will ask if I need help and people like Kyle and Moo, yes his name is Moo will take my items to the car and help me load everything.

THIS LOWES’ NURSERY SECTION!!!! i was able to pickup a beautiful birds of paradise & a croton. both beautifully taken care of. this is always my go to location for plants & plant supplies! this location cares about their nursery cate & presentation

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Melissa in particular has been a delight to work with, but every staff member I've encountered has been super helpful and amazing.

The ease of finding items is the same,plus the store is already got the decorations for Halloween up

This place needs more workers like Bob in the Electrical Department. Great guy who was very helpful and educational with a calm smile.

Great location. Love their outdoor landscaping area.

I wasn't able to find what I was looking for it was frustrating but there was an employee that helped me with what I was looking for I really do appreciate the time and good customer service that made my time there les difficult

Destiny could not have been more helpful. I wish you had so many more people like her to help us get answers and needs met. She’s a professional with knowledge and kind to top it off! Thank you for having her work where I need so many things for my 1938 home!

They're really good about putting related products together

I was in Michigan Rd. LOWE,S today and bought 2 Styrofoam panels. A gentleman named Kelvin was very helpful with carrying them out for me and cutting them to the size I needed. I really appreciated his help.

Great customer service. Lowe's is usually more expensive than Home Depot but credit card and Military discounts offset it. And most of the stuff Lowe's sells is higher quality. Example: I purchased two of the same Kohler toilets one from Lowe's and one from Home Depot. The one from Lowe's was $330 but it came with soft close seat and it was coated with some kind of material and it never stained. Bought the same model number toilet from Home Depot for $299 thinking I was getting a deal and I've had nothing but problems with black stains, needed a replacement part already, and the toilet seat doesn't have soft close.

I used the curbside pickup. It went flawlessly! The associates for both pick ups were kind and cheerful!

I was shopping for an indoor/outdoor carpet, and sought out assistance in the floor department. It was around lunch time and the staff in that department wasn't around. However, a very nice staff member across from the floor department saw me waiting and assisted me to the upmost, even though it was not her area. I won't mention her name but she help make my day by cutting the material required and assisted me with locating additional supplies to enable me to complete my task. Customer service since the pandemic have fallen in most businesses; however, Lowe's staff members are trying to make up the shortage of customer service nowadays, which is good to see and experience since good help is hard to find and hire. Kudos for Lowe's staff members!

Fenny was my cashier at this location - She was so kind and quick checking me out. We discussed our jobs, and she shared she has been with Lowe’s for 3 years. What a dedicated and loyal employee! She deserves a raise. Thank you Fenny! ☺

the staff were super helpful and even held the keys for me so I could run home. Sad things is that they don’t accept apple pay, samsung pay and google pay which stinks.

This location is always organized! They even had disinfecting wipes & spray when other places were completely out of stock.

Lowes , a place to find everything u will ever need for ur home. Everything I needed today and more. Got two pots of mums at $10:48 each.
