I love Discount Tire! Excellent service with the best prices! I bought 4 new tires for my truck and 4 new tires for my camper and the guys went above and beyond to take care of me! A special thank you to Demarcus for helping me loosen a bolt on my hitch!

Discount has been my favorite tire service place since they appeared in the area back in the early -mid 90's. They offer to come out and check your air pressure and will fill your tires. The best part about it is that all of their employees have great customer service. Make this your place for tire service.

These guys are fantastic. They are friendly and knowledgeable, do great work, and in a timely matter. All for a fair price.

I had a sketchy wheel joint trash out my rims recently and refuse to fix what they did. So I had to just replace them instead. I ordered some new ones from Tire Rack on line.(these companies have merged now) The wheels were shipped out same day and arrived in less than 24 hours.

I had made an appointment with them further out in the week but when I called after I got the delivery notice, they told me to just bring my car in now and they would get me fixed up right away. They got the new wheels on in about an hour and didn't damage them at all, or the car for that matter. They even got the new TPMS working right, not easy to do on my finicky ride.

I won't hesitate to come back here in the future for tires or wheels. I recommend them 100%

Was in a time crunch to get new tires before taking roadtrip. Ordered a new set from TireRack to be delivered and installed here. TireRack delayed the delivery the morning of my appointment. Instead of rescheduling me, Joe at discount tire sent a driver to get me the set of tires from their location and had them installed in less than an hour. Amazing customer service!

A few years ago, I purchased a new set of tires from Discount Tire and felt like I got a really good deal. One of the things that appealed to me was the free lifetime tire rotations. I recently got my tires rotated and the experience was excellent. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 PM, and I was out of the shop by 5:25 PM, which I was very impressed with the quickness of the service. Even if I did have to wait longer, the free refreshments and wifi makes the wait go by quicker. Finally, the staff was also very welcoming and helpful. I'd highly recommend this location based on my experience.

Workers here are very polite and professional even when adding the Free Air. I bought my tires here and treated like a valued customer for life.

Joe and the team at this location knocked it out the park. Professional, quick and they had the exact tires I needed. Perfect experience.

Unfortunately I hit a pothole causing damage to my tire. Thankfully my road hazard warranty covered partial replacement.
Laney provided a friendly and timely check in! Mason and his staff replaced two tires and kindly repaired another in a timely fashion!
My suggestion is to make sure to book an appointment to save yourself some time.

Both times I went into this Discount Tire they have done everything they can to fix my problem and then some before I even could ask. Easily and immediately honored a several year old warranty without skippin a beat. If you have a tire problem you can trust these guys to take care of you like you’re family. I definitely found my tire shop.

I have used Discount Tire for many years for tire air pressure checks. Staff members have always been courteous and helpful. Today was my first visit to this location on Michigan Road as the Lafayette Road location closed.

In the past year I had to purchase for brand new tires and thank God I thought the lifetime warranty. Two of my tires had a blowout and it was as easy as pulling up there handing them the keys and the car was always put as a priority. I would then leave with two brand new Identical or similar if necessary tires at no cost. It makes absolutely no sense to go anywhere else in the city because we all have incidents where are tires are concerned. The level of professionalism is also very integrated and makes all the difference!

Giving them 5 stars because they are good at what they do. I had a blow out on the interstate this morning and thanks to all that is good in the world, DT was only 12 miles from where my blow out occurred. They were extremely busy today but I was taken care of within the time they quoted me. They even aired up my donut tire as it had deflated while waiting. The tech was kind enough to place the donut back in the well and screw it in appropriately (don't know if that's standard, but its HIGHLY appreciated). The front counter guys were really upbeat and kind and answered all my concerns I had. If you ever buy tires from DT, opt for all the protections. I paid $18 for a brand new tire today because I chose to get the road hazard coverage 2 years ago when I purchased the tires. It's worth the extra $$, I promise. 2 months ago they repaired a puncture in a different tire out for free, because I have road hazard coverage.

I found a screw in my tire and they were able to help me right away! I chose to sit and wait and I was there for about an hour and half and witnessed their interactions with customers. They were so kind to everyone who came in! Thank you for saving my day!

Highly recommend. Travis was so friendly and helpful! Brought my tire in with a couple of punctures and he looked it over, explained my options, and patched it up. This was a very busy location, so expect 1-2 hours turnaround minimum for a walk in.

Travis was excellent and went above and beyond to help with my flat tire issue. He genuinely had our best interest in mind and was excellent at his job. Would highly recommend him to help with your tire needs.

Once again, the team at 8302 Michigan Rd in Indy got my leaky tire fixed in under an hour for no cost since it was a nail they pulled out. I love this shop! Thanks again!

I got my tires rotated. They told me 1 1/4 hours, it took 35 minutes.

I'm a long time customer and have always been pleased with the price and service. I liked how the sales person compares the prices and rating of the tires for me to make a choice.
I was lied to by the salesman telling me it would take between an hour to hour and a half. Took less then an hour.
