The customer service here is top notch!!! I was in town for a basketball tournament but was looking for something specific for my daughter for prom. I called and they were super nice and helpful. They offered to go out of their way to help me get the item in between games. We live 3 hours away from this shop but I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive over for bridal attire when the time comes. Highly recommend!!

First of all, DO NOT believe any of these 1 star reviews! There's only one thing this shop is and that's perfect. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. Every dress I tried on fit me well which was a big change from the other bridal gowns I'd tried on. This shop realizes that most brides are of an average size and accommodates those sizes in their sample gowns. It's so much easier to decide when you don't have to try and invision what a dress will look like with alterations. The customer service was stellar and I found my perfect dress here. If you're looking for a fun process with many perfect gowns and lots of laughs, this is the place for you!!!

Such a wonderful local shop! As a plus size bride, it means so much when a shop actually carries numerous options to choose from- and rouge does! I was blown away by the service and way they catered to me at my appointment, and by the variety of dresses I was able to try on. I found my dress here, and it arrived in June just like they said. I also purchased my veil and accessories here as well! Thank you so much Rouge for making dress shopping an enjoyable experience!

Had a great experience at Rouge Bridal! They let me schedule an appointment on a Sunday. Noelle was there and extremely welcoming to me and my family! I ended up getting my dress from somewhere else, but loved the boutique, their selection, and how they catered to us for the 90 minute appointment.

Just bought my wedding dress here a couple weeks ago. I didn't walk in expecting to find the right one, but Noelle was so nice and patient with me in my decision. She had a wonderful selection of the most beautiful dresses for me to try on and even made time for one of my bridesmaids who had come with me to try dresses on as well and we both bought our dresses that day! I absolutely recommend rouge bridal for both wedding dresses and bridesmaids. Thank you for helping me say, "yes!" to the dress!

I had went her yesterday looking for my wedding dress I went trying not to get my hopes up incase I didn’t find my dream dress sure enough I found the one I love and was able to go home with it yesterday with only a tiny alteration needed! Kera was my stylist (I think that’s what you call it) and she was amazing she had pulled some dresses before I went in that were in my style and price range which made it all that better or an experience! I’m all about supporting small businesses and I would recommend them to anyone! The place is super comfortable and private there were still other people in the store but how they had it set up it felt like you were the only one! Thank you all for an amazing experience

The girls at Rouge were amazing. They put no pressure on me and gave me lots of time to find the perfect dress. They made the experience so stress-free and offered great prices. I can’t say enough great things about Rouge!

I just bought my wedding dress from Rouge and Noelle was amazing! The boutique is beautiful, and Noelle made us all feel comfortable and welcomed. She had pulled dresses to get me started but welcomed my mom and sister to grab any they thought I’d like. There was no pressure to buy and she didn’t rush us at all—I tried my final pick on at least 3 times. She also has suits, tuxes, and bridesmaid dresses; if you’re shopping for a dress I would highly recommend going to Noelle at Rouge!

Reasonable tux rental that delivers right to your house without onsite measurements (too small or too large? updated sizes shipped overnight). Oh and Noelle provides a personal customer service touch rarely found in business today. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I went to Rogue Bridal nervous after having a not so good appointment at David's Bridal.. Noelle is absolutely amazing! She is very welcoming, and helped in every way! This place is beautiful and has the most gorgeous dresses! I would highly recommend going here because you will find your dream gown! She made my dream dress come to life ♡ I can't thank them enough! I went into my appointment having no vision of what type of dress I wanted. Noelle quickly helped me find the perfect and most flattering dress for me! She also gave me helpful information about pricing and possible alterations. I happy I chose this lovely bridal boutique for my first and only trip wedding dress shopping!

So I walked in with the plan of purchasing a bridal shower dress, and then I saw THE dress. Omg it was so beautiful and Noelle helped me try and on and I absolutely fell IN LOVE WITH IT! This store is very relaxed and you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Noelle was also more than helpful with setting up a payment plan for me and making sure that I was comfortable with the payments. I wish I had come here sooner 🖤

Felt welcomed and safe!! I don’t remember who was in charge of my appointment, but she was willing to take a few extra steps to show me what certain dresses would look like with straps, with different colors, etc. Ended up finding a dress!!

I have to say I was kinda on the fence about going to a small business to find my dream wedding dress. I had certain details I was looking for in my dress. When I first called Noelle about an appointment I had just found out I was expecting my 2nd daughter unfortunately I started to show very quickly so had to wait until after my pregnancy. I called again finally went in & immediately connected with them, I felt like I was talking with old friends! After trying on 6 dresses of my choice & not finding what I wanted, I was asked to try one Natalie picked out??? Not fond of the style I tried it anyways... & after she was finished I was in LOVE😍!!! I didnt want to take it off! These two are so amazing, I have told almost everyone I know about them & how they are every time I see them!! I would recommend them to anyone I can!! I really enjoyed tagging along with my older sister for her appointment at Rouge Bridal. She found her dream dress in less than an hour! Noelle was great and made her feel like a beautiful bride in every gown she tried on!

Such a wonderful experience today! This was the first store I even looked for dresses at, I had no idea what I was wanting or getting into. I said "Down with the Gown!" Noelle was such a great person to work with and so personable, and so helpful! Thank you again for being so amazing!

I went to rouge bridal to look at dresses. When I came to the bridal shop noelle had already had dresses pulled and after an hour of looking at dresses, I was down with the gown. Beyond the best and helpful people to work with for your special day 💕
