Taco Bell

Our cross-country team stopped after their meet. There were 7 of us, and the service was great. The food was great and the time to get our food was good. The staff was friendly and patient with a bunch of teenagers.

the fryer stopped working, so they gave us a substitution for our fries. when we went back around because an item was missing, they didn’t ask anything and just gave it to us. they even threw in an extra thing if cinnamon twists for our troubles. made our night

Consistently the best Taco Bell I have been to or go to. Food is prepared better than the others. Service is fast.

I must say the service this morning was awesome. They hand wrote a note that my management team loved and made our whole day! Their breakfast was fresh, delicious, and didnt last long! Thank you ladies!

I have been to many fast food restaurants lately and noticed young people not working doing a lot of messing around but not at this Taco Bell!

Keep in mind that my expectations of Taco Bell are low, but I got a crunchy taco supreme meal in the drive through and all of my tacos were hot, assembled well, wrapped up well, tasted good, I was given a very generous amount of taco sauce packets, and the woman who took my order and money and handed me my food was friendly and seemed in good spirits, it was everything a Taco Bell visit should be and usually isn’t, so I just wanted to leave a review letting folks at this location know that you’re doing a good job! When the food is made right and the folks I interact with seem content, it makes me think the people working there are fairly happy, which means management is doing it right.

This location has been my favorite so far since being here in Indiana. Staff is friendly and seems to be be in a good mood. 👍 Food is always hot. My mother even complimented this location and she's from Seymour area! Tacos are actually filled so that was really nice. Also verified my orders each visit.

I stopped in this Taco Bell omw back to work from a job I had this morning in Newport, KY. It was about half the distance back to Indy. It was kind of busy and the mood was super cool. I was listening to some music and had ear buds in so I went to one of the kiosks to make my order. Those are super cool and really convenient. The store was in order and appeared very clean and just had a great vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and got me my food in a small amount of time. And it was all hot! Even the fries! Def a 5/5 Taco Bell. And I've been to many.

I don’t think I’ve ever disrespected someone as much as I do Elmo. The disrespect he shows his employees by yelling at them in the middle of the work place in front of customers is absolutely horrid. He embarrasses his crew every time he’s in the Greensburg store. Absolute putz. Every other employee is fantastic! Besides him, they’re like a family!

Pulled into the McDonald's next door to pee & get a burger. Bathroom door has a sign "Out of Order"
Walked across the parking lot to Taco Bell. Toilet was "in order"
Ordered a Taco & cinnamon twists. Cashier said, "I'll throw in the cinnamon twists. "
I told him that he didn't need to do that. He didn't charge. Took my upset away & made my day brighter! Love ❤ the place!!

The food was sitting there ready for me when I walked up in that shizz (ordered in app) and didn't have to wait so I was happy.

Great experience depending on what time of day you go in and what manager is on shift. If you're a night owl to early morning person like me, it tends to be a better experience. But don't go expecting it to be made and out to you in 90 seconds. Depending on what you order, that's not even realistic.

Later in the evening & near their closing, I was greeted pleasantly & my food was prompt, warm, fresh & delicious! The service staff was professional & made me feel welcome (not like an imposition to their closing procedures) & even provided a small treat for my companion riding shotgun (mini-Schnauzer). We were both very grateful. This facility is not in the town I live in, but I will go out of my way to go back here!

This staff is EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL !!! I want to give them kudos! I was just passing through the area and would like to say all of them were super friendly & super fast & super attentive! I even heard them in the kitchen asking each other if they needed help with anything! Wow! What awesome positive teamwork! And then the manager came out and asked if everything was OK to all the customers in the dining room! Yet, wow again! That never happens! Especially a taco Bells!

We love coming in and seeing Hunter Snyder! He is always so cheery and the food he makes is always delicious. Absolutely fantastic costumer service!

Nice young kids working there they was friendly and enthusiastic. The line went very fast the food was hot and very good.

Had a long line tonight, but it moved pretty quickly. Awesome customer service. Everything was excellent, kudos to the guy who took my payment and handed out my drink and bag!

They don't deserve almost every one of them is on drugs are nasty and the food is disgusting mice are in the freezer that got an avocado and so much more

The manager was awesome. She made sure we got our food in a timely manner, and it was excellent. It was on Saturday night around 8 pm.
