This review is long overdue. We have had Todd and Ryan out several times, but I forgot to leave feedback in the past. We recently had them out to put in a new water heater. Their work was impeccable. While here, they took care of another problem that I thought I would have to set another day aside for. It not only cost us less because they were already here, but they handled it quickly and professionally.
I might add that I inherited them when I purchased this property from my uncle. He used them for years and always spoke highly of their work. Todd replaced all the plumbing in this old house while my uncle still owned it.
The bottom line is they know what they are doing, and they are honest, diligent workers. We are lucky to have them in this area!

We chose AC Phillips based on their high ratings. We called upon AC Phillips to help us with a new install of a dishwasher, replacing a kitchen sink and faucet and helping us move our washer/dryer location from the basement to the main floor. From the moment we spoke with Todd to scheduling with Megan, it was like we were dealing with friends. The day of service came and Todd and Ryan took care of our new installs brilliantly. They cleaned as they went, too, and were very courteous. Highly recommend!!

The team here have helped me out twice. Once when the basement in my garage was flooded (drain line to air got clogged and water couldn't leave) and to do a service on my central A/C unit. Both times they came out, were incredibly knowledgeable, and fair. They answered all my questions and even explained what they were doing (I'm an engineer!). They never try to upsell.

They're my go to plumbers now, it also helps their local and not owned by a megacorp out to make as much cash as possible. A++!

Love this company! Todd and his workers are so extremely helpful and you never feel like they're ripping you off or trying to get you to pay for extra stuff. Todd and AC Phillips are my go to for any plumbing needs!

Great people to deal with. Very knowledgeable and quick. Had a furnace quit, gave them a call and a few hours later it was repaired.

A company that DID what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Very honest and personable. Not only do I recommend them but we are going to use them again this time for their plumbing service.
