I can't say enough good things about Tim. He arrived earlier than the projected time, then after quickly assessing the situation, he promptly got to work. He had my old water heater drained, taken out, and a new one installed in a very orderly and tidy fashion. He was very knowledgeable, and accurately told me ahead of time that this project would take a good part of the day (as he was working in a limited indoor space of only 20 inches inside a manufactured home), But he did an incredibly impressive job. Tim TRULY knows his trade, And also very down to earth & friendly. The plumbing industry will indeed lose a great asset whenever he decides to retire. I have a couple other plumbing projects to deal with in the near future, and I will definitely be going to this company for a confident repair!

I will not use another plumbing company! H20 is great and the technician I had this go around was very thorough and communicated great! Also he served our great country! Could not say enough about the work they have done for me and the rest of our family!

The installation of my new heat pump hot water heater was excellent. They arrived on time and answered all of my questions. When they were finished, explained the features and cleaned up the area. Also, hauled away the old unit. My experience from the owner, office staff and installers was great. I would recommend H2O Plumbing to anyone. Thank you guys.

We've been working with Steve and Mark for many years now. They do great work, are priced competitively and everyone in their crew is a joy to work with.
On a side note, a large mechanical contractor in the Louisville area, who's a good friend of the client came by to look at the rough in work prior to drywall coverup and said everything looks great and they do exceptional work.

Johnny Toledo was great, very knowledgeable. However I felt a replacement for a leaky bib was far too expensive. Decided to do it myself. $340 I was quoted, and that’s WITH the discount. The part is $32 at Home Depot, and they said it would take less than an hour. Feels like over pricing to me.

H2O did a great job. They were on time, very professional, and cleaned up before they left. They were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them

Even though the job is not finished, H2O is working to get the work done in a timely manner. The delay is not on their part but on trying to get the best solution with modern conveniences in place in a 100 year old house.
The job is finished and it is very nice to have hot water. It was also great that they were able to get the water heater into the same space as the old one.

Communication was great. A confirmation message was sent when the appointment was made, and again shortly before the scheduled time. A text was sent when the plumber was on his way, and he arrived well within the scheduled window. The plumber and assistant put booties over their feet to protect the floor. The work was done neatly, and in a reasonable amount of time. Everything worked just as it should when they were finished. He was courteous and patient when we couldn’t tell them where the water shut-off valve was! Before he left, he even made sure that we knew where and how to shut off the water to the house if we had to. H2O has done many excellent jobs for us, and we will continue to call them.

H2O has been great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. The technician was super friendly and explained everything in detail.

These are the best people to call for plumbing and if you need someone to install a propane cooking stove, they are the best. They are very respectful people. I will definitely call them again for service if I need them. Thank you very much!
