I would like to give a shout out to Mark. He fixed my furnace for $151. About 5-6 yrs ago 1 hour heating and cooling told me that my entire furnace had to be replaced which they quoted me $9000 to do. So my family has been suffering for 5-6 yrs with no central air/heat. Mark fixed it in less than 1 hour. He was fast, polite, knowledgeable, and very great at his job. He even did the job with my 2 young children looking over his shoulder asking questions because they were interested in what he was doing, he was very patient and kind to them. Thanks Mark you have truly made my family happy today and we are very thankful for you! I highly recommend Stiers for all of your hvac needs and i will definitely be calling them if i ever have anymore issues!

Tony and his help were courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me through the systems that they installed when completed and made sure if I had any issues to let them know and they would respond quickly. The Carrier Infinity is definitely worth the money!

Perfect experience, I called them at 10:30 this morning and our A/C was fixed by 1pm. Great communication and service. He didn't miss a beat chatting while he diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 15 mins. Thankfully, he had the part needed in his truck.

I woke up to the smell of smoke coming from our furnace and immediately called Stier. (We had company arriving that afternoon so the timing for an issue was awful) They were at my house within the hour and diagnosed a burnt up motor. They had a new motor installed and up and running within 3 hours of my first call. Such a fabulouse nice team of folks to work with. Great service every time I call them. We are lucky to have them in Greensburg.

Such a wonderful family owned and operated business! They installed the Geothermal System in our new home, and also had the best price of the 4 quotes, we received! We also purchased our 2 vented gas fireplaces from the Great staff of Stier Heating and Cooling. From receiving the original bid all the way thru installing the system, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. I've had several questions about our fireplaces, because we installed those ourselves. They put in my hybrid heat pump furnace did a excellent job. Then around christmas had a water pipe burst they came out promptly and replaced the duct work that was saturated and checked the furnace for water damage. Great service very knowledgable.

Knowledgeable staff, fast service, they work to accommodate you in every scenario, but most of all....every person that works there makes you feel important and your concerns or emergency becomes their concerns or emergency. It is nice having people you can count on every time you call.
