Relax The Back

We are pleased with our experience in the Relax The Back store in Clackamas. Erin answered our many questions, responded to our input and helped us select appropriate recliners. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. We look forward to many years of relaxation in these quality ergonomic recliners.

I had a very positive experience with Erin helping me select a great XChair in December. Was very glad I went in person to shop, because I ended up with a much better chair than the one I would have picked had just I shopped online. Also, afterward Erin was extremely helpful with additional questions I had. So, a big "thank you" to them!

We are incredibly happy with our experience buying a massage chair from Erin at Relax the Back! My husband is totally blind, has a lot of stress and anxiety. Erin was not only a natural at assisting him, but very professional, informative, helpful- and most importantly, just made the shopping experience a ton of fun because of her wonderful personality!!!

We had a fabulous experience with Stu. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the time I first called and inquired about the purchase of a massage chair to the purchase, he was extremely accommodating. We visited the store a couple of times to try out the massage chairs to see what one would be the "right" fit for both my husband and me, and he educated us along the way. We are very comfortable and confident about our purchase and are looking forward to the delivery of our new chair. Relax the Back also ads an additional warranty for free up to 5 years, which gives us peace of mind. We are confident that we are going to love our new OCHO M.8 massage chair!!

I recommend this business and store. My back pain was so bad I could not reach, to tie my shoes, from a sitting position. I also had severe Sciatica pain in my left leg, causing not only pain but numbness as well. I am a 70 year old man who had never experienced back pain until recently. I spent a lot money on chiropractic healing to no avail, went on YouTube for low back stretching videos also to no avail. My pain did not subside. It wasn't until I went into the "Clackamas Relax The Back Store" store that I found relief. Erin, Stu and Carmela recommended a couple of products geared to treat my specific law back pain points that I purchased. That's when my recovery began. Their expertise and help gave me instant relief. As an old guy I know I will always be watching my back for pain but now I know they have my back.

I was helped by a young lady named Paige here. She really made sure my needs were covered, as I have had back issues dating back for at least 10 years. After doing a deep dive into what causes my pain, I ended up purchasing a Lumbar Support for my office chair and my desk chair at home. Wow, has it made a difference! I visited this store not too long ago just to browse, and was immediately greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! The saleswoman, Paige (I think her name was?), answered any questions that cake up and went as far as to guide me around the store and show me how the merchandise worked. I hope to be buying my next office chair from here!

Their products are all highest-quality, and they absolutely have the most comfortable seating options on the planet. Their prices are a tad high but the secondary products are generally higher-quality than you find other places, and you won't find the chairs anywhere else. So the bottom line is: if you just want the best, come here.

I’ll keep it brief but you definitely want to come here for the amazing products they have to offer and Paige was such a delight. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely ask for Paige if you want some of the best service

Super helpful staff. I love the wedge pillow I bought here.

I would have given this a 5 if I could have afforded just one of their chairs but at $5,000 I couldn't afford the chair even though I know I need it for my back. Oh well I did see the wonderful merchandise they have and I would say if you can afford the upper scale furniture do you go in there you would be more than happy.
