This place is top-notch. Everyone that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a small manufacturer issue with the weatherstripping on the crossbars and after I called in and let them know, they said I could stop back by and Jacob came right out to help get it taken care of immediately.

Everyone here is awesome and so knowledgeable! I came in on a Sunday from Corvallis and they got my whole bike rack installed, no issues. This place is great and loves dogs!

Jacob answered all my questions, recommended the perfect cargo box for my rav 4, and had me out of there with box loaded all on my lunch break. I decided to go into a store to talk with a knowledgeable person instead of trying to do research on my own and guess about what I should get. Jacob was a professional and is exactly what you would hope for customer service wise. Great purchasing experience!! Thank you Jacob!!

The Tigard Team rocks! Knowledgeable about the products, friendly. The team let me know the racks I was interested in were on sale. I had no idea and was prepared to pay full price. In minutes I had my system and was out the door. This was the third roof system I have purchased through Rack Attack over the years. Outstanding!

Whatever you do before you go here is make sure and ask for anyone besides Dillon when you go here. Completely unprofessional and very rude. I tried to get a few questions asked before I came and purchased a couple items and I have never felt more disrespected over the phone. Rack Attack is where I get my bike gear and they guided me right on what made the most sense for my need. They know their products and helped me choose the best solution. Later, when someone stole my keys, they were quick to jump in and help and put new locks on my equipment. It's a great team and very helpful!

We bought a roof box from here and we had specific height details, and once we got it home they were bang on with the shops predictions. Therefore when it came time to replace my tonneau cover on my truck, you bet we were coming back. Very polite and friendly staff. Silly to go anywhere else in my opinion ....

From my first call to drop off and pick up, this team made it easy. Super knowledgeable about all the product with transparency of what they thought of the product and no upsell. Just honest opinions. And the shop had a super cute frenchie named Frankie.

Awesome folks at this location. Brandon is super knowledgeable and informative regarding rooftop cargo boxes. Was able to to help pick out the right size and find a solution to mount it to my platform rack (Front Runner Slimline II).

Last set of roof rack cross bars I bought were OEM VW and they were functional but made a horrible amount of noise. The constant thrumming, vibration, and racket made me crazy. This time around I went to Rack Attack Tigard after doing some better research and they pointed me to a set of Thules. They are not dead silent but no vibrations, no thrumming, no racket. Just a little wind noise. Totally expected and acceptable. I will say that Rack Attack and the Thule solution is not the least expensive solution around. BUT... this is one of those times you get what you pay for. Completely happy with the service, advice, and Thule product I got from Rack Attack. Well worth the extra cost. Would absolutely recommend Rack Attack and will return for my next purchase.

It's not easy to find hitch mounted bike rack options for a small car, but the guys at Rack Attack made it easy. They got the parts in promptly and the install was quick and easy.

We stopped just “to shop”- they were prompt, friendly, great prices and installed our Car Top carrier. Answered every question & taught us how to use it- this was our first time EVER, purchasing this type of item- Dillon our sales person is fabulous and explained everything in ways we understood well. All in 40 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
