I have used George for a couple of years and he is the best. He's honest and his prices are much better than others. Every time I had a problem with my truck, I brought it in and it was done the same day, which is great as I use my vehicle for work. Highly recommend this shop.

I've had some horrific experiences with auto repair places. I'm so grateful I checked this place out. They have been honest and the prices are really good. It's been so hard finding a good mechanic with fair prices.

George's Auto service is a wonderful family-owned business. George goes to great lengths to diagnose and repair whatever is needed on your vehicle. He is fair priced and backs up what he does. Will continue to use George's Auto care for all our auto repair needs!

Great place to get your car fixed

Had a strange noise coming from one of my wheels had him checked it and he claims there weren't any issues and no problem but the noise was still there after leaving the shop and he claimed he fixed it which was odd and still wanted to charge me after although he didn't fix my issue .so I took my car to two other mechanics and they found the problem with ease and showed me what was making the strange noise and fixed it.save your time and money elsewhere this guy a rip off.

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CARE SHOP!!! He will rip you off and call you names when you try to find out why he didn’t fix it well. George fixed our Lexus for a check engine light he diagnosed with his machine. We took it home on Friday. Didn’t drive anywhere and on Monday when we tried to take it to work the $417 check engine light fix came back on. When my husband and I called to ask him to fix it again or give a refund, he called my husband a b***h and told me he doesn’t appreciate me talking to him when my husband is on the phone. We have never been humiliated this much in our entire lives. In the end he refused to refund and declined to fix anything and hung up on us. DO BUSINESS WITH GEORGES AUTO CARE AT WILLIAMSTOWN AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Go to any other garage in the Williamstown area first.

George made my car worse and his Language is bad, he used bad words always.

Before today it would of been 5's and a great review. Been going to George for years with alot of my vehicles. Ive always paid in cash and tipped because i believe in taking care of small businesses. I had the engine in my van replaced. I was told it had a 90 day warranty. The van started leaking oil that week. I took it back and was told i needed to pay to have the oil cooler swapped out because it was broken. I agreed on the price on the phone, but when i picked it up. I asked why if it was covered under warranty? George said they didnt touch the oil cooler. I said i thought youd have to pull that out to replace the motor. He said the oil cooler came on the new used motor. I asked why it would not be covered under the warranty if it came on the motor that was under warranty. George said the motor was only covered if it blew up. He also said if he noticed the leak in his parking lot it would of been covered, but because it was at.my house leaking the very next day it wasnt. So i continued asking questions and George got loud and said what do you not want to pay. Just take the van youre waisting my time. I said no ill pay because i did agree on the phone. I am a man of my word. I do think normally George has been a good guy and a good mechanic, but my wife and i have noticed the work getting worse the more his shop has grown. Just be careful if he says something is covered under warranty.... unless it blows up in his shop you are not covered.
