Bears Country Custard

Hidden gem on side of the road. Great prices. The staff is very friendly. Great large portions for the servings. Outdoor seating would be beautiful on a warm day to sit and take in the environment. More people need to try here. Love the Bear theme

I went to Bears Country Custard today. I ordered a vanilla soft serve in a cup. The ice cream had excellent thick texture and flavor profile was on point. I wonder if the soft serve is homemade? It was very enjoyable. I don’t know why Faith was being ignorant. The ice cream this stand serves is of amazing quality. Some people don’t know quality products.

Fantastic menu, but you can basically order just what you want: I had coffee ice cream (hand dipped) w/hot fudge sauce. Kids ordered Dole Whip (like Disney!) in a cup.

Being diabetic limits what you can get at an ice cream shop. Bears have no-sugar-added options galore. Also can get ice cream sandwiches made to order with what you want. It tastes great and no place in Hammonton comes close the quality of food and service.

Great sundaes! I love the Peanut Butter Bear and my husband created his own concoction with vanilla ice cream and both butterscotch and hot caramel. Delicious! (Review edited in response to the owner's question.)

Oatmeal Caramel Cookie ice cream was interestingly good.

Very good ice cream. Portions( even the large cones) are small and pricey still 4 star tho.

Love the Build-a-bear sundae. Three toppings of whatever you'd want, over a flavor of custard. I love hot fudge, so if I really wanted to, I could get all three toppings just as fudge layers - But I usually go for the brownie bits, Oreo, and sprinkles. All sundaes automatically come with whipped cream and a cherry. 🍒🍨❤

We are so happy that someone bought the custard stand, not far from us. They continue to make improvements and it looks very inviting! The staff is friendly and helpful and the custard is tasty!

Bears Country Custard has THE best ice cream and water ice around. Very friendly staff and great service.

It was the best ice cream we've had in a long time and it was really really sweet and they even had ice cream for the dog
