Very friendly staff with excellent products!

They do not offer refunds even when they are at fault. Twice I had to refund customers for defective items without getting compensation myself from the supplier. I have been in business for 3 years now, I work with several suppliers from USA, China and Australia and I have never encoutered such unreliable customer service. I do not recommend.

I’m beyond done with this company. Their website is clunky and I have never been able to smoothly upload an art file. When I’ve tried to email them they don’t even attempt to open Google drive links, telling me they can’t open them and to just email them…the files are so large they will send as - you guess it - a Google drive link! 👀

The site allows a “reorder” feature, which I attempted to use. It does not ask for the artwork to be resubmitted. Apparently whatever image they do store doesn’t meet their requirements. But rather than say that, they told me I formatted it incorrectly.

The site says art can be formatted by pixels, which is what I had done previously, but when I submitted it that way this time they sent it back saying it had to be formatted in inches.

At that point I was done. As they had not printed anything and we had had multiple back and forths with no successful resolution I asked to cancel the order for a refund. NOPE. They do not offer refunds - even when they haven’t printed anything yet and have supposedly never received a printable file. That is absolutely unacceptable. I would understand it if they had already printed it, but if they had…I wouldn’t be here writing this review.

I’m a busy mom. I don’t have hours to try to upload images over and over to a website that doesn’t appear to be able to handle them. I don’t have time to reformat constantly, particularly when I did format it according to their specs.

Really poor customer service decisions in my case. I will never order anything from them again. They are not the only large format sub shop. Save yourself the hassle and time.

EDIT: after letting them know I would be disputing the transaction and writing a review they did provide a full refund.
