Ginger Sue's

This was my 1st time going here and I will definitely be back. My mother and I had a wonderful brunch. I had the banana peanut butter pancake and my mother had apple cinnamon pancake with extra apple cinnamon on the side and of course a side of bacon we both split.

I ordered the Salmon Benedict, and my partner ordered the classic breakfast. I'd never had a Benedict before, but this was one of my favorite and most tasty breakfasts I've ever had, hands down. The flavors all paired so well together I nearly happy cried.

The only thing I would've changed would've been to exchange the English muffins it comes with for their soft, buttery biscuits (some of the best biscuits I've ever had, too).

The atmosphere didn't feel like it was anything special, but I enjoy that they have so many windows for natural light to come in.

Ginger Sues is known as one of the top spots to visit for breakfast, brunch, or lunch (whichever you prefer) in Lee's Summit. You can also find Ginger Sue's at a few other spots located in the Greater KC area! From fluffy pancakes, to steamy lattes (including seasonal flavors), to mouthwatering peppered bacon, and more...you cannot go wrong with any option ordered at Ginger Sue's. The scramble bowls are packed with fresh ingredients that will have you leaving the restaurant stuffed. I ordered the Gravy Scramble, which has tasty potatoes and three scrambled eggs stacked with sausage, ham, mushrooms, and cheddar-jack cheese topped with peppered sausage gravy...YUM! We also ordered the super stuffed breakfast burrito that is served with a side of breakfast potatoes. To finish the meal, we shared a blueberry pancake with syrup. This spot is absolutely delicious and worth the wait (if you have one).Add this breakfast spot to your KC bucket list!

If you're into trendy brunches, this is your spot. My only gripe is lack of flavored creamers. The building is clean and service was prompt. The food has a unique twist that is interesting for adults and super fun for kids (for example, the French toast in my photo). Definitely worth a visit!

I've been here plenty of times, if you haven't had the bacon here, be sure to get a side, it is phenomenal. The potatoes they serve with almost everything are seasoned astoundingly. The peanut butter banana pancakes were a little too cakey for my taste but thats nothing more syrup can't fix. Definitely will be a return customer for life.

My family really enjoyed this place. The service was thorough and quick. The food was really good too. The pancakes are to die for. The plates around us looked awesome too. Seems like a good value for the amount of food you get. I am glad we popped in for brunch!

This was my 1st time there. Such a disappointment. I ordered egg salad sandwich. This definitely didn’t taste like egg salad sandwich. The bread was buttery and I actually spit the egg salad out. I can’t go back.

Our family loves to eat here! The prices are reasonable and always great service. We will keep coming back as it is one of our favorite places! Try the bacon, it's awesome!

FANTASTIC fresh, made to order breakfasts. Nice size portions and GREAT prices. Fun atmosphere and friendly service. Going to make Ginger Sue's part of our traveling tradition. Thank you!!

Large portions and delicious. I had the veggie omelet. Coffee great too as well as the server who was very sweet and polite.

Man o man! The French Toast were large enough to appear as though they were Trout and looked like them. The raspberry syrup was fabulous. The waitress was on top of it! I asked for additional cream, and i had not realized she had already placed it on the table. I ordered the sugar-free chocolate coffee. WOW! Do I need to say more?

Family had brought us here all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada. Best breakfast burrito (sub bacon) . It was amazingly delicious.Pairs perfectly with a half stack of chocolate chip pancakes. Totally delicious. Well worth the wait.

The farmer's omelette was so delicious. The restaurant was clean and bright and our server was very sweet. My drink was filled before it was empty and food came out quickly!

Would definitely come back again.

I always enjoy going to Ginger Sue's and meeting friends and colleagues. With the choice of breakfast items as well as light lunch items, you have quite the choice of selections. Service is great.

My friends and I plan on meeting for breakfast every Saturday at 8 a.m. if possible. I would love to have the same waitress, but I don't remember her name.

Great service and delicious food. I'm not sure if it was the manger or owner but she touched every table to make sure everything was great.

Very good place, we were greeted, fast and nice service, food was delicious, prices are reasonable, the portion was just right, not big but not small. the waitress was helpful. The place was clean .. we had breakfast burrito and southwestthe scramble and we both leved it. The only thing I didn't like was the lighting, it felt dark .. 👍

Great food that was delivered fast. It was kinda packed but that's the price you pay when it's good.

We were travelling through town and wanted a brunch option. The menu offers a broad range of appealing options and we ordered several items to share. (Frittata, burrito, pumpkin pancake and biscuits and gravy) Everything was delicious, food came to the table quickly and our server, Candy I believe, was very attentive and helpful! The potatoes were especially notable and one of my favorite items:)

Great food and service. Today it was a nice place to hide from the rain.
