Johnny Rays Drive In

I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, onion rings, a coke and then a medium cherry shake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and brought out quickly (we didn’t have to wait long) This was a great experience with really outstanding service. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a change from regular fast food. They also have a drive thru and a Mr. Pac-Man arcade game inside.

We love little gems like this! We arrived in mid-afternoon and missed the Fri lunch crowd but still watched a lot of people coming in and going thru the drive thru. The jalapeno mozz sticks, just alone, are a reason we will come back. Amazing and hubby is trying to find where we can buy for the house! Hamburgers cooked to perfection, crispy round edges, and just enough grease. The young waitress was so attentive and while busy came by several times to check on us. We both wanted a shake but by the time we had the appetizer, fries and burgers we were so full!

Burgers were solid. Pretty standard steak burgers, seasoned well. Chocolate shake was nice and thick. Where this place really shines is in their sides. The onion rings were perfect and the fried pickles were just about the best we've ever had. Overall a pretty solid choice if you're in the mood for a classic burger with no frills.

Really good diner style burgers for cheap. I usually get a double cheeseburger and fries and a drink for $13 total when you get the daily special. It's always delicious and fast and the service is good. It's obvious that there are a ton of regulars because the waitress that seems to be there every day always knows every person that walks in and asks about something that they talked about a day or two before. This is a great little spot for burgers that punch well above their weight. I want to try something new there, but the burgers can't be beat.

Great American Diner. Clean and welcoming. It's small with booths and an awesome counter. Simple but great menu. Cooked as you wait. Drive through rocks also. We did both. The Steak Burgers, fries 🍟 😋 🍔 and shakes are fantastic. I highly recommend. I have over 15 million views on my reviews. We give Johnny Rays Drive In 5 stars.

Walked in and placed a to-go order. Found the restaurant based on reviews because I was craving fried corn nuggets. They did not disappoint. I also had a BLT and the bacon was fantastic!

I’ll for sure be back but this time with my family so we can dine in.

Definitely an old school diner vibe with delicious food inside. I got the bacon cheese burger from Johnny Ray's drive in, it was definitely worth the stop. I loved their fries also... crinkled thick fries.. the waitress that waited on me was really nice and very helpful making sure I had everything I needed.

Staff was extremely friendly, sociable, and patient as we took well over 20 minutes deciding what to order. Our food came out fairly quick and we enjoyed it the whole way through.

The sweet young lady in the drive thru was fabulous!!! She was so courteous! You rarely receive this type of service in a drive thru. She told me to stay safe and warm before I drove off. She was great!!

Couldn’t recommend this little joint more! Wonderful service, fantastic diner food and just the cutest little place. A must have!

In area at doctor appointment and got a tasty quick bite of lunch. Food was delicious, service was fast and great costumer service from guy who took order and lady who brought it! Will definitely stop there again!

Owner was nice ,food was great, great service,bacon steakbuger, seasoned curly fries,pepper jack mozzarella sticks and rootbeer . I will be back.

Had a great server! Such a cool vibe and old school look! I got the single big John burger which is a half pound steak burger and tots. Amazing! Highly recommend.

It's an old school drive-in like the wheel inn in Sedalia it's small it's food's good people are great I am seeing DJ a car show out there and I love the people I've been there quite a while I would rate their hamburgers 100% steak burgers 100% prize mushrooms anything you want

Little joint, great taste! Good place to get an Italian steak sandwich. Their burgers are a nice size and delicious, too! Everything is made fresh and somehow they get your order to you in good time, not too long of a wait. Remember to order one of their specials to make sure you get fries with your sandwich ☺
