Mattress Firm Lees Summit

We had previously purchased a mattress from this store 8 years ago, best mattress we have ever owned. It was great for the last 8 years but it is time for a new one. We went in today and spoke with John and another employee who were both extremely helpful and patient with our questions and concerns. Our situation was a little complicated but they were able to help us in the end ! Both my husband and I are appreciative and would definitely recommend this store !

Venice was perfect. We came in because we had purchased our previous bed from this store and had a nice experience. Unfortunately our first purchase was not the right fit. Venice listened to our concerns and showed us products to fit our needs not just trying to sell us on the most expensive thing she could. We appreciate her service and patience with us. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive.

I came here looking for a few mattresses for my spare bedrooms and was actually impressed with not only the selection, but the service as well. Jason Keightley took amazing care of me, spent well over an hour answering all my questions, and even recommended a great spot for lunch afterwards! I was happy with the price, happy with the purchase, and delighted with the customer service. I was trying for a couple weeks or more with customer service to swap my mattress and it’s honestly been hard and not working smoothly for me!
I went to the store today and I told Jason my problem, he simply has my name and phone number, few hours after my visit he gave me a call and gave me all options he had, I chose the option it works for me and went to the warehouse and simply swapped my mattress! I’ll not sleep on the couch anymore! Jason helped me at the same day and really gave me the customer service everyone needs to have! Thank you so much Jason for your service, help, kindness and understanding! I appreciate people like you doing their job perfectly!
