Had everything we needed. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly also. Didn't take long to find what we needed. We were in and out in now time and the process was easy. They even priced matched there sale price from the web site.

This is one of the better organized stores haven't been to Old Navy in a while because I've taken to bell bottoms and they don't carry them but they had a nice Jean sale. And they have plus sizes and above wished they made jumpsuits in tall.

Black friday was quite busy, but most people were mindful of maintaining 6 ft of distance. I almost left when I saw the checkout line, but the 5 cashiers were very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the line moved.

Found what we needed and was able to buy what they didn't have in store from a handheld device. Super smart toke sure to not lose sales. More companies should be doing this.

Friendly and helpful staff. Men's Loose fit denim jeans fit perfectly. Haven't been able to find jeans that fit before.
