Fast, tailored service. I was shopping for an engagement ring with a synthetic diamond and knew exactly what I wanted. They didn't try to change my mind or sell me different products. Within 20 minutes, they noted what I wanted, showed me similar products in stock, and started working on a custom design. I received the custom design within two business days, and they messaged me back and forth for a few weeks to tweak the design and suggest diamonds.

They could do a bit better with price transparency. Like many jewelry stores, they gave an estimate in the form of a broad range, and they provide high list prices with promises of a discount. In the end, I found a better deal elsewhere. However, the convenient customized service makes this shop worth considering if you have a clear vision and limited time.

My fiance and I shopped around at some of the larger diamond stores in the area and thankfully we ended up at Rodgers. We appreciated the personalized attention that we received from the staff at Rodgers. Some of the other stores we shopped at were unable to give us this type of undivided attention. At one store, we were literally mid conversation and handed off to a different representative. I've been to Rodgers a few times over the past several years and they seem to have retained the same sales team. I think that says a lot about the quality of workplace at Rodgers. My soon to be wife loves her Gabriel & Co. ring and is constantly being complimented on our choice. Pricing and timeliness at Rodger's were extremely competitive. They beat the big stores in price, and had the ring ready when promised. Overall we had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring and wedding bands.

It has been a year since I had the pleasure of working with Rodgers on a custom engagement ring. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and most of all understanding. Elle was more than patient with me in answering all of my questions. The ring came in better than expected, I was elated with what we created. She said yes, and the rest is history. I would not hesitate to send anyone their way. Go see them, you won't regret it!

Rodgers has been my go-to Jeweler for many years. Recently we discovered the stone was missing from my wife's engagement ring. Even though they didn't sell us the ring they came to the rescue immediately. They helped with our insurance claim and found a nearly perfect match for the missing stone. In two weeks she had it back! They are awesome to work with and have a great selection of inventory.

I sent my ring to Rodgers for repair when I lost a small diamond out of a ring that I purchased several years ago and I also ended up making some modifications to the ring while it was there. We lived in the area when I purchased the ring but we now live out of state. Elle took excellent care of me and was so patient as we had to do everything by phone and text. She helped find the perfect diamond to match the others that were already in the ring and she was very honest & up front with me in regard to the options I had, the quality of stones available and the pricing of each option. She took care of me as if I were family. When the ring was finished and the appraisal needed to be written, Rodger personally stayed after hours one evening following his being out of the store that day for a family member's funeral so that Elle could get my ring mailed back to me the next day. Over the course of several years, we purchased several items from Rodger's and we couldn't be happier with our experiences with Rodger, Elle and their team!

Shopped elsewhere, but prices were roughly the same or a little more, but the sparkle for the price wasn't matched by anyone else.

I am so happy I went to Rodgers Fine Jewelry. What a great store! The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable about my late grandmother's ring, which they expertly cleaned at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to take my husband there!

Prior to buying an engagement ring at Rodgers, I took my fiance to three other shops (two of the major chains, and another local) in order to find out exactly what she wanted. She saw two that she really loved, so I wanted to have a ring made that was a combination of what she liked about both rings (the band and mill-grain from one, the halo and diamond from the other). I contacted two of the stores to see if they could make it for me, and what the cost would be. One store tried to talk me out of what I wanted and into something I didn't want; and the other's cost was out of my price range. I am a teacher, so with a teacher's salary and after these conversations I wasn't sure how I was going to get my dream girl her dream ring. I spoke to my father, and he told me to go to Rodger.

I took my questions and ideas to Rodgers, where I spoke with Elle and Rodger. Here is where I want to address the negative comments about customer service that I read in the other reviews; Elle and Rodger are nothing but professional. I never felt pressured or "bugged". Also, whenever Elle and/or Rodger helped me, they were focused on answering my questions and making my experience and purchase perfect. Neither ever made me feel like I asked stupid question, or they were in a hurry to make their sale and get on to the next. I had their undivided attention. There is something to be said about that quality of customer service.

Elle and Rodger are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable about "all things" diamond rings. Elle educated me on aspects from clarity of diamonds, to how a diamond should be mounted within a halo; and Rodger has been in the jewelry game longer than anyone. After choosing to have the ring made at Rodgers, I walked out of the store with a price and a timeframe. I felt great. Then, on top of it all, Elle emailed me a computer animated image of the ring and design details before the end of the week. I had the ring in my pocket ahead of schedule, and it looked even better than anticipated... it truly was perfect.

Since getting engaged, we have been back to Rodgers to: pick out my wedding ring, pick out her wedding bands, and get two watches fixed. Not to mention, the countless times my fiance has been in to get her ring steam cleaned for free. I have referred several friends to Rodgers, and I have yet to hear a negative comment. Rodgers is my jewelry store, and Elle and Rodger have made a loyal customer out of me.

A lot of specialty jewelry and excellent help. The blonde girl and the old man always take care of me and she makes me the best coffee while I shop ❣

My husband and I have bought all of our jewelry from Rodgers; engagement ring, wedding bands, anniversary gifts, and my gift when our first son was born! Rodger and Elle were so helpful during our most recent mess, when we had to file an insurance claim for my wedding set. They walked us through the process and helped make the best out of an unfortunate event. It's nice to work with a locally owned jewelry store that have kind and passionate people always willing to help!

The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive to our shopping experience. Those that work there must have had an amazing father that schooled them in the art of interpersonal relationships. Would strongly recommend Rodgers to anyone in the market for fine jewelry.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Roger's and I love it. They resized it twice and just fixed it after I wore the bottom of the band through. They dipped it and fixed a loose stone without charging us. They are always polite and professional. I would recommend Roger's to anyone wanting to work with a quality jeweler.
