Preferred Roofing & Seamless Guttering

Had a tree limb fall on my house back in March. There was significant damage but insurance company would only allow about 1/2 of estimates received. Preferred roofing went over and above working with my insurance company to get them to pay full amount. Happy to report I finally received reimbursement on what I paid today. 5 months later. Thank you Jeff, Kelsey and all involved for putting in the extra work to make this happen.

Kevin Sent Nic out right away and told me my roof wasn’t in bad shape and prob had some life left. Very honest and reliable would definitely use again.

Quick response and friendly service. Solved my water issue by placing a gutter guard and cleaning gutter. Will contact again when needing any roofing. Also looking at doing siding throught them as well.

I typically do my own house work, but I needed my roof done in a day. I am very selective on who does work on my house. I called Preferred since they are local and I've seen their work on other homes. They were easy to work with. They are a great value, good price for quality materials and service. I would recommend to anyone needing a roof.

Thanks to Kyle Guenther and his crew from Preferred Roofing, I have the most beautiful and functional roof! They worked around my delicate flower garden with such precision and care I was amazed. With the amount of destruction it takes to remove many layers of roof, I could not believe how respectfully gorgeous the treated my property. They left it better than it how they found it by removing leaves in my yard, all the nails, and little bits of debris. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Kevin and his crew are truly professional. They replaced our roof with a beautiful new one. All the neighbors told us about how wonderful it looked. We have had a couple of bad wind storms since the roof was replaced and Kevin personally called us to make sure we were ok. When I said I couldn't tell. He sent one of his crews out asap to confirm and make some minor repairs. I have and will continue to recommend this company and Kevin to everyone I know...and some I dont know. After a horrible experience with another company; we call Preferred Roofing to come out and totally redo all of the guttering that was 2 years old. Our job was explained to us in detail by Joe Cerra. The job was done in a timely manner - they cleaned up each day. We love our new RED ROOF on our old farm house! When a scammer tried to sue us for not going with him Kevin the owner of Preferred Roofing went to bat for us and helped us with his Attorney! After a year in court we just found out today that justice was served and WE WON! Can't say enough about this A+ 5 star company!

Joe and his team did an excellent job replacing TPO roofs on two commercial apartment buildings we own! Communication was great throughout the process, which made the process easy for us.

I had a guttering issue on our Tudor style home that Kevin and crew fixed. The house has a very steep pitch and any amount of rain would overflow my gutters. It was a design flaw that my original gutters emptied where the house foundation and driveway met (instead of emptying on the other side of the garage by the yard).
Kevin came up with a creative solution to capture all the rain water and added more down pipes (if that's the term) so that rain emptied in multiple places and avoided the dreaded spot on my driveway. The guttering also matched the house color perfectly.
My gutters overall were in good shape - painted steel - so replacement was not needed, just a better way of moving the water. I appreciated his honesty and finding multiple options rather that replacing everything and starting over.

I used the online communication ports to request a quote—I got a call back and quote the same day. Kevin was very professional, the price reasonable and competitive, and the work was done the next morning.
