I use this pharmacy several times a month. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The pharmacist, Chad, has answered my questions and gone the extra mile to provide quality service. My elderly mother has received her vaccines at this location. The pharmacist, Chad, and the technician, Jennifer, have both given mom her shots. They have been kind and taken great care of her. The technician, Rebecca, has also provided great service. She has helped me find over the counter medications and they all make sure that I have what I need and answer any questions. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy.

I just want to tell you about the pharmacist Chad. He is amazing! I have never seen a pharmacist work like he does. I have seen him working the drivethru, ringing customers up at the register, doing counseling, giving shots, filling prescriptions and helping customers! He is absolutely the BEST pharmacist I have ever seen and I wanted to recognize him as an outstanding asset to the pharmacy and to the store. Chad, thank you for all you do and all you bring to the store. GREAT JOB! He is the reason we shop here!

Great pharmacy hours-open till 9pm on weeknights when other CVS in town close anytime between 6-8. Never a line and always the same friendly staff to help you find anything or get you checked out. At the pharmacy or the front of the store. The CVS rewards program is a must if you spend $5/month at CVS. Just for enrolling you get $10 free EVERY month so $5 gets you $10, EVERY month with more discounts is a no brainer. No extra steps when checking out etc after your enrolled either.

With all the negative reviews I hesitated to contact this location but I had an extremely positive experience, thus far. I needed and injectable medication which, so far, has proved difficult to locate. This is the 8th CVS store I called after an extremely helpful pharmacist at another location let me know that their system showed this location had what I was looking for in stock. I was promptly connected with John, in the pharmacy - yes, an actual human being. And he was very courteous and helpful.

Maybe CVS figured out they had a problem at this location and made an effort to correct it? If so, so far, so good!

I live close to the woods chapel location and have used them for years. After every time going to that location and them back never having medications ready after days waiting I finally called this location to have my medications transferred there. They told me it would take 30 min to have them ready. I got a text in 5 minutes saying they were already ready to pick up! Once I got there I was able to drive right up to the window and they even stated they noticed I had no refills left and asked if I wanted them to contact the provider to get more refills. I will forever drive across town just to go to this pharmacy!

The staff here was very polite and helpful. Extra effort on their part saved me money.

This crew at CVS is doing a great job. They get me what I need whenever I go.

The gray haired (I'm guessing) pharmacist, is so good with the instructions for the covid test. She is very articulate and still understanding. If you go there and get her, you do not need to watch the recommended video beforehand. She explains everything perfectly as you self-administer the test.

Pam was working when I went for a Covid Test today. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness/understanding and overall happy attitude. I don't write many reviews, but her personality made me want to send a compliment. I hope her efforts don't go unnoticed.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful. We had a prescription that was going to be very costly. A couple of the staff helped us find the websight we needed to help us save. Our prescription turned out to be 10 instead of 300!! Great customer service!!

This store is Awesome! Vickie the Supervisor is so nice & accommodated me with my situation & the cashiers are so pleasant & friendly. Much better experience here than at Store 5791 on 3rd street!

Took my daughter to the minute clinic and saw NP Tran. She was very nice and thorough. We had a great experience.

Greeted 90% of the time. They really run a skeleton crew. Everybody works to contribute to a pleasant experience.
