While the entire staff was friendly and helpful, I'd like to personally thank Aldo for his exceptional customer service. I've been going to this branch for years, and I have never had a complaint.

I LOVE this bank. I worked with Star who helped me get started on a trust account. I had no clue what I was doing but she cared enough to help me. She truly is a STAR.

I just need to give props to one of the tellers. Leslie was very courteous and helpful with my transaction. It’s hard to find customer service with a smile, and she definitely has that! Keep it up, we all need it!

I recommend this location! Brian was more than helpful, going through my problem with me. He well understood my issue, why I was confused, and he was sympathetic and set forth some solutions. I called the general Central Bank customer service; the receiver didn't care to understand and wasn't knowledgeable. Needless to say, my day was made here!

Opened a checking and savings with Central Bank. Went by very fast and they were very helpful. The app is greatly better than past banks. Very user friendly and more opportunities and tools that can be used on the app (Zelle, roundup, etc. )
