My car got stolen and was damaged during the theft. They were honest, quick, and kind. Additionally, the owner reached out to my family & I about the repairs and worked with us on what we needed.

They've gone above and beyond. I will be bringing any future car problems I have to them in the future. 5/5!

Ashley automotive has been my only place I trust with my vehicles. I'm usually a diy guy but when I need a job to get done, it goes to Ashley. I trust dealers less than Ashley auto. If you need a good mechanic shop, they're very friendly and helpful.

Was in the process of driving back home to Nashville from South Dakota and the turbo went out in my car leaving us stranded in the area about 7 hours from where we came and 7 hours from where we were going.
We called around to about 30 different places and Jerry was the only one eager and willing to help us day of.
I could not be more thankful for this place. He even drove us to get food and to the mall while they repaired my car.
I will never forget the kindness that Jerry showed us.
He’s proof there’s still good people out in the world!

I desperately needed an alignment. Ashley Automotive not only beat everyone else out with the price but they could get to it the quickest. I INSTANTLY noticed the difference when I picked my vehicle back up. George and Jerry at Ashley Automotive took such great care of my car! My tiny car got a new set of tires, balanced, oil change, and all fluids checked. I felt so much better driving my car all around Kansas City through the winter. They gave me some helpful advice with my 4 wheel drive and it turns out George has the same little collector car as me! Jerry was great to work with. The pricing was up front and transparent, the work was well done and the service was friendly. After finding them this is the only place I will go to.

I sent my Jeep to Ashley to fix a mistake ANOTHER mechanic made. LIFE LESSON: let the pros handle the big jobs, (a “shade tree” mechanic can end up costing you 4 times the original repair cost). They were able to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road in no time. I was especially impressed by the fact that they not only fixed my vehicle, but they took the time to ensure the engine compartment was cleaned (and even painted!). I know this step wasn’t necessary, but I looks brand new, and the attention to detail meant the world to me.

I rely on Ashley Automotive for all the maintenance on my new car. They are quick and easy...unlike the dealership where I bought the car (where it can take 2+ hours to get an oil change...ugh!). And I trust George and his crew to only do what is necessary to keep my car running smoothly. And if I ever need to leave my car, since I live in Lee's Summit, they will pick it up and give me a loaner for the day.

George and Renee and their staff are excellent. This is that place. You know what I'm talking about. Its the auto repair shop where you know you will not be taken advantage of. These are people who live by the golden rule. They will not charge you for unnecessary items and services you do not need. This is the place where you can send your mother and you will not have to worry if she is going to be taken advantage of. They know what they are doing and they get it done right for a great price. The facility is clean, and so are the mechanics! They explain what services need to be performed, and let you know of issues that may come up, or maintenance issues to plan for in the future. Great for those on a budget!

They work hard to get you in and fixed correctly, as quickly as possible. We had an emergency break down, they found it as a easy fix, took them 10 minutes and had it fixed and called before we had even made it home. Charged us nothing for that easy fix. That to me shows their honesty and the extra mile to get us fixed in this emergency. They work hard and care about all their customers. The reminders, for check up, that they send out are a huge help in our busy liives.

Jerry and George have been my go to guys for my cars I've owned. They have always done great work. My first car I ever owned was purchased from George and it was as solid as a brand new car. These guys are the real deal!

Went into see about my car shaking while I was driving. My worst fear was the brake overhaul I was expecting. George's team jumped right to work to confirm what the issue was. They were straight forward and honest. They addressed the issue that I was concerned about and didn't try to push anything else. No pressure and a friendly atmosphere. I was very happy.
