Fairmount Mobile Home Park

Stayed here in my camper while working as a travel nurse in KC. This is really an oasis in the middle of a city. Friendly neighbors all around me. It's quiet at night with quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Quiet during the day when I was there trying to sleep. The rent was extremely fair, and the utilities were conveniently located and no issues with them working. The landlord was great and obviously cares a lot about his business/community at the park. Lawns are mowed weekly. I was backed up to a treeline, and they kept my area mowed behind the camper. Paved site pads with space to park. Felt very safe and secure. I had no issues. If I'm ever in KC again, I will be calling Fairmount Mobile Home Park for a place to stay!! Thanks, Greg!!

Very nice, quiet, well maintained mobile home and RV park. Manager/owner is very straight forward about rules and expectations yet is very personable and helpful. I referred to this place as a small oasis in a quite busy area. The people I met here were very cordial and respectful as well.

Have enjoyed living in the park for almost three years. Nicely landscaped. Any maintenance issues dealt with promptly. My job required I come and go in middle of the nite and always felt safe. added note: staff have always been pleasant and easy to talk to from renting process through present day.

Primarily a mobile home park, but I rented one of the few RV slots for 18 months. great place...owners work hard, everyday, to keep it maintained and clean. good neighbors, very quiet. an oasis in the Sugar Creek area. Definitely recommend for any long term RV slot rental

Moved here rather quickly when I got a new job in Kansas City. The staff was very helpful in getting everything setup. The small size meant that it was always quite and very low traffic. There are a few cats allowed to roam free which made my bird feeder a snack stop for them. Otherwise I would say this is an amazing place to stay either short or long term

I rented a space here for 1 1/2 years. It’s a very nice, clean, friendly and extremely quite place to live. Nice location and close to many eating places, stores, etc. The owner/ manager is very nice and helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend this place very highly. The space rent is very reasonable also!

We have lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it! Staff and maintenance are prompt to respond and very friendly. Grounds are well kept and the neighbors are amazing! We would recommend this mobile home park to anyone!

I was so impressed with the gentleman's professionalism. He helped my brother and did exactly what he sid he would do when my brother wanted to fill out an application! It's hard to find his ability and gentleness in today's day and age!
