Once Upon a Smile is always a great experience. The staff and Dentists truly care about their patients. State of the art equipment and caring professionals are a winning combination.

Least unpleasant dental work experience I’ve ever had. The whole team was focused as much on patient care as the procedure itself. I needed some fillings, and their process to ensure patient comfort is unrivaled by any dentist I’ve visited. They kept me informed at every step, and my comfort was the top priority throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with my experience!

Dr. Beltgens and her partner have patient care as their top priority. Their office is a welcoming place. They do a thorough job and leave no detail unnoticed.

Staff always explain everything well and care about me as an individual. Dr Beltgens and her new partner Dr Uberroth are both excellent providers - caring, efficient, honest and always have the patient’s best interest in mind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beltgens for more than a decade. When I first started seeing her I was not a very good patient. All I really knew was that dental work hurt and there was probably no way around that. After getting a fairly bad "report card" on the overall health of my mouth I remember being pretty upset about it and just thinking to myself that this is just another place of unpleasant cleanings and painful dental work.

I am very happy to report that I was completely and utterly wrong. The entire staff at Once Upon a Smile is there to help you and to make you feel comfortable about any sort of dental work that you need or want. Dr. Beltgens will talk you through the entire process and you will automatically feel comfortable about anything going on because she simply will not allow you to feel uncomfortable or be in any sort of pain. I can honestly also say that she is the most holistic doctor that I have ever visited. She will always ask you about changes to your medical history and even remind you to go get checked by other doctors because she cares so much about her patients.

They text you the day after to make sure that you're feeling ok and all I can think to say is that Dr. Beltgens is the only person I would trust to put needles in my mouth for over a decade and still laugh when I ask her "Have you ever done this before??"

Stop reading Google reviews and go to a dentist that truly wants you to have the best dental and overall health that you can possibly have. Count how many times you hear things like "It has to be perfect" or "how are you". Try to stump her with complicated vocabulary words and see where that conversation goes too!

Staff was, and always are,, very professional, and go above and beyond to answer any concerns and questions. They keep track of issues and concerns that I deal with and are open to discussion. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my care at Once Upon A Smile.

Maddy took several photos & then Dr. U determined that the tooth that needed to be pulled would not be in front. I was very relieved.

Staff was welcoming. Took me in on time, no delays. They were professional and friendly. Room was clean and organized. They explained everything, asked questions, and most importantly, listened to my answers. Great appointment!

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Their time management is on point. They always get me in and out when I have to get back to work. Natalie is fantastic and I’m so happy I found her to be my dentist!

Going to the Dentist hasn't always been a great experience in the past for me. It's different today since I have been a patient at Once Upon A Smile. The entire team is amazing and has went above and beyond to change my past experiences. Doctor Beltgins address not only dental needs but my overall health. I highly recommend them based upon my 8-9 years as being there patient. I no longer dread the idea of sitting in that chair!!!
