The owner sent me a partial denture that didn't fit after giving him three tries to get it right. So I had to send it to another lab and they fixed it so the patient is now happy. Then he threatened to sue me if I didn't pay his bill even though what he sent me didn't work, until the other lab fixed it, that is.
I am paying his bill immediately and then never doing business with Denture Crafters again.
