Dental Depot

Had a dental emergency and was in horrible pain and the dentist I had since I was a little kid had recently retired. Dental Depot in Blue Springs was so kind, and was able to get me into their office for the emergency that morning within an hour or two, and treated me so well and took care of everything. Like a lot of people, I'm not super excited about going to the dentist, especially for anything other than a routine cleaning, and they were awesome, very professional, extremely proficient and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. For sure this is my new dentist!

Not only is The Dental Depot charming with it's railroad themed building and decor, the staff is very personable and friendly. I was very happy with the care and attention I received. Dr. Patel and the entire staff explained everything as they went and were very caring. I have found my dental care home.

Blue Springs location. Hygienist was great, not rough at all. Dentist was very nice, didn't try to talk me into anything unnecessary. I'm in general terrified of going to a dentist, I've had extensive dental work as an adult and it was PAINFUL. This was my 2nd visit. So far a great transition after getting new insurance and having to switch.

Everyone there is amazing! If you have a fear of dentist like I do, this is the place to go. From the front desk to everyone in the back every single person was incredible. I went in feeling like I was going to pass out from nerves and came out laughing and my teeth feel amazing.

Dr. Patel and his staff are so kind and helpful. They helped me with an extraction, crown, and bridge and I’m so happy with the results. I plan on returning to Dental Depor for the next phase of work!

I’m pretty terrified of going to the dentist. Everyone was very kind and patient. Dolly(?) Is a standout, seriously so patient and empathetic. She’s a treasure and deserves double the salary! Thank you all for taking good care of me.

This was the first time I brought my children here. They were considerate and kind. The dental assistant were very attentive and the overall services were great. Great atmosphere for children.

Every time I come here they make feel at ease. I don’t like dentists or pain in my mouth, but I clearly don’t take good care of my teeth so I need them. I don’t like going at all, but these people are my kind of people, they are so sweet and kind and funny and caring. They feel like friends working on my teeth. I recommend this place to everyone, literally.

The hygienist, Hayley was awesome! The doctor and staff were extremely kind and supportive during my dental cleaning session.

Very unique train station themed dental experience. Wonderful friendly staff, very clean. Great for kids and adults alike.
They have a large train and wagon outside, and the building looks like a train station itself which is pretty cool. But inside is the best part. They have a very neat, detailed looking train that runs along the walls around the ceiling of the building throughout the entire building and the dental rooms.
From this one experience, I plan on bringing my kids here and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. 😁🚂💕

12/31/20 Update: I had a wisdom tooth and 4 cavities filled yesterday. Dr. Patel and his assistant were greath through the whole procedure.
They explained everything as they went and for most of it there was no pain. Just some minor discomfort in the beginning. This was great for me because I have high anxiety and was very nervous about going. But I am glad I did and will be going back there for the rest of my dental work. 🦷😁

Great vibes and atmosphere! Very friendly people that work there. I was extremely nervous and they helped calm my nerves with their positive vibes and attitudes. Would definitely recommend this place for any age, especially ppl who are nervous and embarrassed about their teeth.

Dental Depot in Blue Springs, MO is great! Dr. Patel is the most kind and gentle dentist. He is excellent and provides professional care to all. I used to be terrified of the dentist until I went to Dr. Patel, he’s a great guy and awesome dentist! I Always have top notch service from everyone at his office! The dental hygienist was awesome!

Dental depot has great employees and the doctor was friendly and honest, happy to have found a place I can trust.

Everybody there is really nice. If you had any questions they answered them all. I would definitely recommend them to anybody to use them for there dentist needs.

Patel and Vanessa I can not thank you guys enough! I will be recommending you guys personally to absolutely EVERYONE I know. You both made my son feel safe like nothing else mattered but getting Holden the help he needed. He was so scared to go to the dentist but now he can’t stop talking about you guys. You made two friends for life! Thank you so much!

The staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. And the dentist that my children see is amazing. We’re so happy we were able to find this place for sure.

I have been dreading going to the dentist for quite some time I took my granddaughter there and I just loved it everybody is so friendly so kind funny and I felt really comfortable and I live a little ways from there in Lee's summit in the downtown area and had many choices here but really liked them the best and I am so happy that I found them if it wasn't for my granddaughter I probably never would have they are amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

Literally the best dentist I've ever been to! The office was very clean and unique with the "train theme" decor. There was no wait to be seen at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Patel was nice and friendly with no pressure or sales scheme to buy anything and provided good suggestions for at-home brushing. The hygienist was chatty and gentle while cleaning and flossing then went the extra mile to find me a purple toothbrush. :-) I was thanked multiple times for coming by the office staff and I walked out feeling like a million bucks with a sparkling smile and an adult giftbag including a free T-Shirt! It's clear to see the staff get along well, communicate well, and are genuinely happy! I cannot wait to fo back!!

The staff are very friendly & accommodating from the reception to the dentist. Tori, the one who assisted me inside, and the doctor are easy to speak with & accommodating as well. They were able to attend to my concerns. Kudos to Dental Depot Blue Springs! Thank you for the nice shirt!
