White Oak Dental Group

For someone who has a dental phobia the staff at white oak is so amazing and helpful. Every time they show they really care and it means so much and also do a fabulous job!! Grateful to have found the practice and finally a dentist I can go to.

Today was our first visit to White Oak Dental Group. We appreciate how attentive the staff were to any questions, comments, or concerns about our dental health. We met two hygienists and they were both so gentle! I’ve had hygienists wreck my gums for no reason and this experience was the exact opposite. Dr. Vargas and Dr. Hayley were both super nice and they answered all of our questions. Thank you!

I used to have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Gough now retired from this office walked me through my fear. I am so grateful for Dr. Gough & everyone at White Oak Dental for making me feel very comfortable & for the wonderful care that I receive when I come in for my appointment. Dana thank you for the thorough cleaning you give & for educating me on gum & tooth care. I look forward to meeting my new dentist there in July. Thank you front desk for the friendly greetings. Other than being shamed by the receptionist, for being a Vietnam veteran and Who had a bad night, but overall it was a very uplifting experience and the rest of the staff were excellent human beings with their hearts in the right place that knew their jobs quite well!!!!! And I absolutely love Danna the oral hygienist because she was sent by my guardian angel so that I could have a good soul to love for that day!

Great experience and care. Dr. Vargas is diligent and thorough, she leaves no stone unturned in the name of great dental care.

Her support staff are great with the work they do and with making you feel comfortable. Shoutout to Alina on X-rays and Bre on assisting.

I went to White Oak Dental following my dentist from another office. Dr. Vargas was highly professional, efficient, and friendly. I was also seen by her assistant, Bre, and she was very kind and efficient as well. I left the office knowing I will be back! Recommend this dental office 10/10 because not only were the dentist and assistant great, but the whole office has a very clean and friendly environment.

I absolutely love this place, all the staff are kind and extremely helpful. I’ve searched and had many bad experiences with dental offices. I believe I have found the diamond in the rough when I came to White Oak Dental. I gave 5stars bc that’s the highest rating they could get. I would give them all the stars possible. I fully recommend them.

Came in for an emergency filling repair. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and was almost immediately taken back by the dental assistant. She talked to me about what was going on, then took x-rays, then got the dentist. He explained to me my options, then had the financial advisor come back and explain my costs for the visit before they did anything. Then the dentist came back and did my procedure. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The team was highly professional, courteous of my time, and always made sure I knew what my options were. The dentist made sure that I was comfortable and that he got everything the way I liked it. I will definitely be returning to this office, I had a great experience!

Great staff and Dr Haley is awesome! She really takes the time to explain things and works to come up with a mutually agreed upon plan to address the issues

My appointment was a lot better than my last visit. I appreciate the new staff and how nice they are. Dr.Howard was awesome. This is the first Dentist I’ve ever had explain Everything to Me from the process for that day and my Process going forward. I am grateful for his team!

I love how personal they are. You’re not just another number and they genuinely care and understand that the dentist experience isn’t always the best and that you’re in pain so they want to get you in as quickly as possible. They work with any schedule. And if there’s a problem they try to take care of that as soon as possible. I think that anyone would be in good hands with White Oak Dental!

Kristen, Dr. Stapleton, and Megan were phenomenal. The environment they have created in this dentist office along with their co-workers is welcoming and fun. They are kind to patients, especially curious ones with questions, like me! I love how they have taken into consideration how aesthetics can affect a patient with their calming nature scenes as well as homey decor to make you feel more at peace. They not only care about us patients here though. They care about one another, the environment, and humans they’ve never met before. They’ve taken such great initiative in trying to give back and taking care of our planet with how they do things here. I cannot say enough good things. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to be.

Kelsey, Dr. Howard and Mrs. Danna are phenomenal!!! Heck the entire office is AMAZING!!!! I felt so comfortable and at ease. Their bedside manner was AH-MAZE-ZING! We will DEFINITELY be making this our dental home!!!!! Please don’t any of you ever leave!!!!!!

Dr. Stapleton and her assistant Lacy are the best. They work great together and really make sure you are comfortable. The front staff are wonderful as well they really help with your schedule for appointments and billing.

I made my first trip to White Oak Dental Group in the middle of the COVID craziness for an emergency visit. I searched local offices, and this one had some good reviews. Totally stand by it! Once they opened back up for regular appointments, I got in for a cleaning. Jami Vandevart is amazing! She is the most fun hygienist I have ever had. She’s also very gentle, and explains things as she’s going along. I will say for anyone who has dental anxiety, this office isn’t great. The rooms are very sterile looking and not much to look at (no TV, music, etc that some offices have to calm you). However, Dr. Crumbaugh and Jami are so great, I’ve done perfectly well each time!

Normally when I go to a dentist I get a big lecture about my teeth, so I have been scared to go back to one for years. My last cleaning at a different dentist was also very painful and the hygienest was extremely rude to me when I told her she was hurting me, then did nothing about it. The staff at white oak didn't give me a lecture at all and were very kind. They made sure to numb my gums before proceeding with the cleaning and let me know that if I was in pain we could take a break. Everyone there was extremely kind to me and informed me of the work I would need. The woman at the front desk who explained my benefits and cost of service was also extremely helpful in explaining the cost of what I needed and setting up a payment plan for me. They broke up my dental work into 5 separate visits so that I could prepare for it financially and so that they could work on each section of my teeth separately without numbing my entire face. I don't think I will ever go to another dentist. I know myteeth aren't the best, no need for them to lecture me and I am so glad they didn't and just gave me care and were kind. They remind me of the pediatric dentist I went to as a kid, minus the movies and toys. Definitely recommending this office to family and friends or anyone else who needs dental work.

They got me in next day after I broke my 2 front teeth. Quick xrays and eval, fixed my smile, perfect color match, mostly painless experience. Personable. Def no sticker shock. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Everyone at White Oak Dental is super helpful and very professional. I have had several visits there recently and they are all wonderful. Jami is a great hygienist and has done an amazing job with deep cleaning and Dr. Crumbaugh keeps me coming back. Thanks to Scott as well for locating my previous records and Dr. Turley for taking such good care of me over the last couple of years. Will be back soon for my final crown!

Dr. Crumbaugh has always given me all the time I need when I go in there..treats me as though I was her only patient. The entire office is not only professional, but they are VERY personable. My family has been more than satisfied with the care that we get, and I would definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.

First time going to a dentist in more years than I would like to admit. Dr. Velasquez took great care of me. Explaining my situation and then addressing a plan for treatment. Flexpay is also an amazing option. Allowed me to get every piece of my treatment done and feeling more confident about my teeth. Thanks for making this process so easy!
