Best customer service and showed up quick!!! They dropped everything they were doing to help us with our network problems and got us all fixed up while taking the time to explain to us what the problem was and how we can improve our networking even if it was not through them.

I decided to cut the cord, and called Entertainment Systems. They found me the right antenna, came out promptly, installed it, no muss, no fuss. I have great TV service over the air. Could not be happier.

Sadly, not a good review. 2 broken appointments( 3 weeks apart ) with no phone calls to my client has cause my company to downgrade this company to D-. Unbelievably bad customer relations... Dont expect these guys to either show up or be on time! No respect for client or other companies time.
