Great prices and good management. I've been going here for 2 years now. If you do what you are supposed to, management won't give you an issue. Being close to a QT makes it even better for stopping and grabbing food while you wait. 😁

I go there, I've gotten to know the owner and she's enjoyable. Anyone who doesn't like it is overly sensitive and whiney. She'll do fine without your business. It's a laundry matt not a five star restaurant and accusing an Asian lady who has a difficult time with english of being racist is comical. It's obvious who the racist actually is.

I’ve been coming here for years. This laundromat is one of the cleanest in town with very good prices! Sure the dryers aren’t free, but I’ve been to places where the dryers are free and they barely dry. The lady is very helpful and keeps this establishment clean and all the machines work great! She is “no nonsense” but that’s the main reason her place is so clean! I would recommend anyone to come here if you are interested in some good straight to the point service!! :) She has always been very helpful. She even offers the service of cashing your clothes for $1.20 per lbs.

The owner is very helpful! You must always respect her establishment and you will be just fine. She will have it no other way.

The owner has worked very hard to have what she has. She does not have to put up with any situations she does not want to. The owner can refuse service to whomever she wants.

The location is in a rough part of Independence, Missouri. Homeless people are limited regarding resources. At times, they crowd her establishment. The owner does not have the luxury of chit chat with the locals, nor did she go to school to be the laundry facility case worker.

It's a laundry mat. Not a church or support group. Come on. Leave her alone. I'm sure you can figure
out the basic instructions of the machines.

The owner should not be required to cater to the emotional needs of laundry patrons.

The owner encourages people to critically think. Example...if someone asks her, "How long does the machine take?"

To the owner, your question is very stupid and is wasting her time. If you look at the machine, the time it takes is clearly shown.

Why should the owner cater to your inability to not look at what you are doing? To not think for yourself?

The owners brief and matter of fact answers encourage patrons to think about what they are doing and about what they are saying.

I hope the owner is blessed beyond measure and has an overflow of loving people come her way.

If you need someone to rub your belly and nurse you thru washing your laundry ... you may not approve of this place. If you want professional no nonsense service this IS your place. I have been going here many yrs. I've left my laundry in her care and I've also done it myself. I've never had a problem of ANY sort at this place. If you think your laundry is so important that you think you can be disrespectful or unkind ... do not go here. You will meet your match in the owner. If you want to do your laundry in peace get in and get out ... this is your place.

This place is awesome always kept clean
And the lady only gets mad if your disrespectful and if you are use her stuff the wrong way
Also remember this lady is helping out the people who can't afford a washer or a dryer

Great place clean and cool, friendly staff, the laundry system the there is too notch. Easy to use and best of all you don't have to carry cash. THE LAUNDRY BOSS system is easy to down load on your phone and very user friendly. They also have a ATM, quarter machine and vending machines that are well stocked. Anthony and Frank were very helpful and informative

This Chinese lady that works in here is very mean , rude and disrespectful, I think she has some type of anger issues i me want to come back,not even to wash one pair of socks 😒

Very clean and machines work wonderfully! The lady who runs it is sweet as apple pie! She goes above and beyond for you. I almost prefer this place over laundry at my house!

Great place to do laundry! Prices were less expensive than the one I thought was best and the machines worked better and my clothes were cleaner! 18 lb front loader was only $2.25 when I was there!! Staff is friendly and all around great experience!

Love the machines! Large washers and dryers. Clean and friendly. Owner protective of machines but that's not a problem for me. Takes less time to dry clothes than other places. Prices good.

I use to go to this laundromat back in the 90's. It's nice, clean and quiet. The lady that worked there helped me put my clothes in my vehicle.

My choice of laundramats . The woman there runs a tight ship -keeps floors swept, washers/dryers wiped out and she is very helpful if you need help. I like that!!

Not the fanciest place but very reasonable on prices. The owner is very helpful and nice.
