We own a 120 yo home and had PennTech upgrade our service to 200 amp. The whole job was a process from coordinating local inspectors to dealing with "old house stuff", all of which were handled flawlessly by Jessica and Michael. They are extremely professional, very courteous, but most of all, awesome to work with and be around. I compared our new equipment with other homes here that have recently been upgraded and the quality of materials PennTech uses is much better quality and sturdier. I highly recommend PennTech for any of your electrical projects!

Everyone was wonderful! The office staff and technicians were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They did their best to make my hot water tank was replaced in a timely manner.

When I tell you God will send Angels to guardian his children…Michael and Jessica are currently doing some work on a property that I am renting and although they need to gain approval from the rental property to move forward, being human and compassionate they understood the Urgency of being without heat in this freezing cold weather. They came back to my home and fixed my heat for me because my home has been incredibly freezing, as you know we are getting into 30 degree weather and below right now. They truly get it, they understand and they are very honest hard working people who come with an extensive amount of knowledge. They both explained to me why home is out of power and what all they would need to do to fix it. Although most of the repairs are going to take a few days (getting Evergy involved, tree cutting, etc.) they came back on their own time to fix my furnace so that I could at least have heat tonight while everything else is being approved. My Goodness, you just don’t see this type of going above and beyond these days but Michael and Jessica reminded me that their still are good, hard working people who will advocate for the needs of others by showing up and doing the work necessary so that my household can function properly. I called Penn Tech to get a second opinion because I was advised to replace my a/c. since my system was aging and had a freon leak. I called Penn Tech through a recommendation on NextDoor.
Michael and his partner came out and cleaned the coil and surrounding space , made some adjustments and checked the compressor. Apparently , I did not have a freon leak so with the help of Penn Tech got my a/c working at a reasonable cost. With the extreme temperatures it was a Godsend. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I am very glad

The arrived to our home within 2 hours of getting my request. Matt our technician was very friendly &informative with things we can do to make our house more evenly cool. He thoroughly inspected both inside & outside units of the hvac. He was very respectful of our home & even relocked our gate to the backyard so that our dogs wouldn't have a chance to escape it again. Great company!!

"PennTech service is the definition of exceptional customer service. No one's air conditioning ever goes out at an opportune time, it only goes out in the middle of a heat wave, right? Ours quit during an extreme heat wave but not only that, we had a family member who had suffered a serious injury and was about to be released from the hospital to our house for recovery. PennTech not only replaced the unit and installed the new one, but they also worked nights and on the weekend to ensure we would be able to bring my son home to a safe and comfortable environment. To say they helped us through an emergency is an understatement. We continue to use them for routine maintenance and service needs. I can't imagine using anyone else." That was the last time.

I called PennTech to work on a 20+ year old AC unit; while they fixed the immediate need, I asked for estimates on a new unit. The price was extremely reasonable, especially with the Evergy rebate available at the time, so they replaced the unit. I've had them back since to do annual routine maintenance. They're honest, reliable, & responsive, & worked with my insane schedule.

Years ago I was looking for a company to do my mechanical work as I lack the specific specialty tools. As a mechanical engineer I understand thermomechanical systems and was frustrated when a company would tell me the entire system needed to be replaced. A colleague at work recommended PennTech. PennTech came out to my house and evaluated the heat pump which was not functioning correctly trying to push energy into the house. The previous owner removed the reversing valve and wired the system to only operate as an air conditioner as Butch at PennTech described. This was consistent with the failure I noted and made sense. The repair was on the order of $300 and I was back to complete and correct operational status. PennTech knows what they are doing and are not looking to just replace units. They want to find the root cause, provide you with options, and be fair. I would recommend no one else. Eventually that old heat pump system had a compressor short so PennTech installed the ground source heat pump in my house; which, by the way, works like something amazing.

Penn Tech has gone above and beyond. Matt came out and explained everything to us he is very friendly and compassionate and understanding. our AC unit was leaking R22 and froze Matt understood that this is an emergency and He took the paperwork immediately back to Darla. She is very understanding and caring, she also went above and beyond. I am very impressed with this company they are truly the best company that I have worked with. I highly recommend Penntech to my friends and family.

I have never worked with a company as friendly and efficient as I have had the pleasure with Penn Tech. Penn Tech installed a new Generac whole house electrical backup system. They took care of all the details - evaluated the electrical requirements for my house to determine the appropriate generator. ordered the generator. arranged for the necessary permits for the installation; coordinated connection with the electric company; determined best placement and prepared the site; and did all these things well. I am now ready if the predicted rolling blackouts come or there are any issues with the power grid. I definitely recommend Penn Tech.

PennTech serviced the A/C of the apartment my elderly mom rents. They responded to the service request promptly. Darla was very helpful with scheduling and diagnosing the problem.
