Steve and Barb were absolutely awesome. They were always willing to show us any house whenever we wanted and were very patient because we looked at houses for a long time before we found the one. They are very knowledgeable about the market and knew what to look for. They pointed out all of the good, and even the bad, things they would see in the houses they showed us.

Jessica Kennedy did a great job with the sale of my house. The house had been a rental property for a couple years, and the renters, upon leaving, had left it in less-than-optimal condition. Being out of state, I had to rely heavily on Jessica's ability to bring in vendors to make the necessary repairs to the house before we could complete the sale. She did a great job, finding the best vendors and also looking out for the best prices for the repairs. She really went above and beyond, and in the end the house looked great! Her staging was also incredible. I highly recommend Jessica.

Kyle Jennings did a awesome job selling a investment property for us. I actually listed the house on a Friday and went on vacation the next day. Normally I would of been nervous about doing so but Kyle handled everything! Listed on Friday and we accepted a qualified offer on Sunday. Really helped us enjoy our needed vacation that much more!

My fiance and I were looking to purchase our first home. With a very competitive market, we were afraid that we would have to settle on a decision we weren't happy with.
