I had an exceptional experience at Supplement Superstore, thanks to Michael! His friendly demeanor made me feel welcome, and his extensive knowledge ensured I left with the perfect supplements. Michael's careful attention to detail truly sets him apart – a standout in customer service. Highly recommend!

I went to this supplement store. I loved it. Bryant helped us greatly. Talked to me and my friends and helped us with everything and every question we had. He is an amazing employee. Austin is also an amazing employee. They are both easy to talk to and their energy is great. Will most definitely go back because of these two.

So I called up to your location and asked if you guys carried the Celsius blue razz lemonade. I talked to Bryant and he told me no that it wasn’t available to them yet as it is a new flavor. Bryant then said he give me your phone number and I’ll check into some things for you. Later I received a message from Bryant stating that he drove to 7 eleven and got me a case of it. Keep in mind I didn’t ask him to do any of this. Bryant also stated he would deliver it to my house. Bryant delivered the case and never even asked for money for it as I told him I would get him some cash. Bryant went way above and beyond for me as a customer of the store. I am blown away because this doesn’t ever happen anymore with anyone or any other business. I own my own business and I would be absolutely ecstatic if one of my employees did this for someone . Thank you so much Bryant. Keep up the good work!!!

I visited the store in Blue Springs today. Bryant and Michael delivered an excellent customer experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging sales team. If you have ever heard about the 80/20 rule, these guys are that 20 percent. Plan on making additional purchases from this team in the future. They earned my loyalty.

Came in needing help with a game plan for my goals. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Austin really helped me find the right supplements and created a meal plan personalized for me. The environment was great, and welcoming. Very thankful I was recommended this store.

Every one, Bryant, Austin and Mike are the 3 guys I’ve worked with so far. All are dogs and have helped me with so much. Look forward to every visit with these guys and love how much they check up on me.

My boyfriend and I just visited for the first time, both with different goals but Bryant helped get us both right! He was super personable and helped answer all of our questions. Had a great time in the store!

I highly recommend Supplement Superstores especially this location. Every employee in there is always super helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. It's also a great place if you just want to go in and get a body scan real quick and just have great conversation without feeling like you have to buy anything. Even though I do everytime since there's so many great products!!

Love this store!! Go in weekly for my InBody scan and get whatever supplements I might need. Absolutely love the Element protein Austin hooked me up with!!

Michael Willett took great care of me! He took the time to get to know me and my situation, needs, and goals and explained the solutions to me in such a way that I understand them. He even wrote it all down for me so I could keep track! I highly recommend him and the team there as the level of personal service and expertise is amazing and very “old school” customer service that most places don’t offer any more!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. Jamease Roberts helped me with creating a meal plan and she walked me through tons of products. Overall I feel more prepared to reach my fitness goals. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and I will be back soon!

Went into the supplement store today and meet with Byrant Madden! Dude went above and beyond helping me today! New to supplements and helped me make a food meal sheet even shared some recipes for me to try out! Pointed me in the right direction on this new journey! Bryant went above and beyond helped me out a lot, super knowledgeable about all of the products, helped me with a body scan and set me up with a diet for my bulk. Superb customer service from this guy I’ll be coming to this location for supplements for as long as it’s still standing.
