My walk-in oil change experience was great thanks to Kyle and the service team. They were considerate enough to assure me that they were taking extra time to wait for a lift that would accommodate the lower side skirts and lip kit to ensure the car got back to me undamaged. Multiple face-to-face interactions demonstrated their willingness to go out of their way to keep me in-the-loop and happy.

We didn't buy our Crosstrek here but they didn't mind servicing it for us and the price seemed reasonable. Their waiting area is nothing special, vending machines and a TV but they got our car serviced quickly without a bunch of BS.

I made an appointment over the phone for a synthetic oil and oil filter change for my Subaru Forester. I agreed on the price of $55 after taxes with having a $20 coupon discount from their website. Upon arrival I got my car checked in and was speaking with one of the service members, the older guy. I showed him the coupon I had and he got angry that coupon only discounts $15 off not $20 from the synthetic. He started yelling that they wouldnt profit offering service that low. I requested to speak with a manger twice. He went by himself to speak to him and manager offered $25 discount so the total price after taxes would be $75, which is completely innacurate of what I was informed over the phone. I drove to their service center 40 miles both ways to get my car seviced for a price that I agreed on which was $75 (regular price) - $20 coupon discount = $55. After requesting to talk to manager myself, the older guy told me that mamager is busy and shoved my car keys to my face and literally made me leave without even letting me speak. Unbelievable !!!! Avoid this place at all costs.

Booked an appointment online for 1/2/21 at 9 a.m. Showed up to be told that the service department was closed. No call, no re-scheduling on their part. The gentlemen even told us that they had a similar issue the day after Christmas, so this wasn't a one time error. They had booked appointments the week before for a day the department was closed. It happened again a week later and they still were not reaching out to people to re-schedule.

Misleading prices and they try to rip you off with services you don't really need.
