Rusty and his staff were extremely helpful in putting together some POA docs for my parents. I was working remotely from another state and we met locally to discuss the docs and sign them with my parents in person. Rusty was really helpful in explaining things in plain English for my parents and answering all of our questions. He also hand-delivered expedited hard copies the next day so I could fly home comfortable that I could help support my parents legally through some big personal changes we were experiencing. Thanks Rusty and staff for such a great experience !

Rusty was a huge help in getting us prepared. He answered our questions, updated previous wills we had made, and was amazing in making sure it was a stemless process. I cannot say enough good things about him and everyone at Paths.

Paths is an excellent firm that I have used personally and also have recommended to multiple people. Rusty is a rare breed of lawyer that has mastered his craft yet is fair about it.
