This place has been the very best for health food shopping and organic produce for years now. But they don't let that go to their head. They keep providing the best.

Love this store. They support healthy life through organic food, supplements, and education. Affordable staple spices and food in bulk bags, too. Be sure to sign up for their rewards (easy rewards and little gifts at times).

I was so sad to see Nature’s Pantry get sold. We knew the owners and loved them. After giving Natural Grocers a chance I am pleased to say they do a great job!! We partner with them with our race company and they provide great stuff for our runners. Also this location is perfectly located next to Little Blue Trace Trail. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of even when it’s busy.

One of the best Natural Grocers in the Kansas City area period. I make a point of coming out to this location. Best cleaning products selection but I wish it was even bigger (their Dr Bonners endcap is legendary). Best laid out produce area. Best stocked store and the staffs customer service is top notch. Worth the effort, because they make the effort.

I’m so glad we have this store near us! They have an incredible selection of vitamins, minerals and supplements I was not expecting. I always prefer to buy and support local (instead of that big A company) and am happy that I can find almost everything here. If you’re looking for a bonafide selection of trusted companies for your vitamins, minerals, supplements, come here! I also found some new snacks that are delicious. They have a huge selection of jerky and meat sticks, too.

My favorite grocery store ever!!! They have the healthiest options by far for everything. It is pricey, but you do get what you pay for so I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality items. The staff are really friendly too!!

This is a great place to buy a lot of different things. The people who work here are always helpful if you need to find something. I will definitely come back

Great selection of vegan, gluten-free and organic foods.

It’s not always fully stocked, but this store is clean and the staff is friendly. They have some great supplements to choose from and an even better selection of gluten free products, dairy free and meat free. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions. Highly recommend.

Nice selection of organic free range large & jumbo brown eggs. They also had canyon bakehouse gluten free heritage style bread. That seems to be pretty hard to find these days. Excellent customer service.

This store is huge! I didn't even get to see what was on the left side of the store because I ran out of time. I frickin love us guys!!! You always have what we want, and some. Very dependable!

The best grocery store in Independence for organic vegetables organic meats healthy foods frozen or fresh if you want to get some spices or seasonings bulk and a package for cheap go there if you want to get some good nuts or healthy snacks in bulk go there.., I also get any type of homeopathic pellets medicines or gels plus any types of minerals or health support things it might cost you a dollar or two at the grocery that will save you more than a dollar or two at the ER 😊

Love this place! Have been coming here for almost two decades (back when it was Nature's Pantry). It's changed but it's still my favorite. Also noticed I save a ton of money here on allergy-safe foods compared to HyVee and other stores. Very reasonable and lots of sales. Thank you!
