Pleasant Hill Creamery

Cute little place! One side is for a more elegant setting and the other side has the ice cream parlor and restaurant seating. Smells delicious & food is great, french fries are the best 😋 I usually don't find to many things on one menu I need to try, but this place made my decision difficult, i had the Mahomie burger and it was delicious! I'll have to travel across the county and come back!

Stopped in for a late lunch during a visit with friends in beautiful Mt Pleasant, MO. ‘Pleasant Hill Creamery’ is a sort of informal ‘city hall’ (a community gathering place) for this small community and beyond.

This day we ordered simple fare - hamburgers & drinks. The burgers were cooked as ordered, french fries were done well. Our server was friendly and made us feel right at home. The decor is original. ‘Pleasant Hill Creamery’ also serves ice cream! (we passed on the ice cream).

Stopped in for lunch today and I was impressed. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked. The service was on point. Never lacked of anything. You can tell the people that work here truly care about taking care of thier customers. The GM and wait staff checked on us multiple times to make sure our visit was good. Definitely coming back.

Do not leave Pleasent Hill without stopping here! Burgers 👍 ice cream👍 we will be back just to eat here and we live 2 hours away!! Oh yes.. their shoe string fries are the best ever!!

Our server (Amanda) was wonderful!! A friend and I met there to catch up and have a late lunch. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Our server shared what her favorite item on the menu was, describing each item. You can tell she loves her job. The food was terrific!!! We sat and visited with no pressure to turn the table.

We will definitely be returning. Very small town feel with a big city taste!!

First time ever here. My wife's aunt and uncle live minutes away and recommend this place to grab some tasty food. Our hostess was a gem. Very courteous and attentive. Explained the sauces they offer. Particularly for the BBQ. Which led me to asking, well almost begging, to see their bbq set-up. Which she graciously did. Impressive for what is produced on what they have. The gentleman running the grills/smokers was indeed devoted to his craft. It showed in the enthusiasm with the several minutes I had to visit with him. I'm from SW MO. I'd love it if this place was in my neck of the woods instead almost 3 hours north of me. My wife and I will be back when I'm back visiting my aunt and uncle. The food was ridiculously ridiculous. My burnt ends were excellent. Sadly no pics of that. The spicy shrimp was so savory. Verdict; a damn good place to eat at very reasonable prices. Thank you for excellent service and out-of-bounds food!

went to the creamery a couple weeks ago and i haven’t gotten around to leave a review but our experience was awesome! the food was great and didn’t take as long as it usually does! our server kylee was always coming around to make sure we needed anything and didn’t hesitate to get us the stuff we did need. she is a rockstar and the creamery is definitely the best restaurant in pleasant hill!

The service was exceptional. We went for the hand scooped ice cream. As soon as we walked in the smell of the food took over the senses and lead to much mouth watering. I will be going back for food soon. It was a very clean place.

The woman behind the counter said their menu changes and they rotate their ice cream flavors but they no longer have access to their official website. They are on Facebook.

They have the best steak we have ever had!! Husband and I are from out of town but we would make the 2 hour drive for this steak again!! The woman working was such a sweetheart and the atmosphere was very pleasant!! 10 out of 10!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this little cafe. It totally exceeded our expectations! The decor is fresh modern and has that mechanic sleek feel. This place is very clean.
They have a wide variety of sandwiches, ice cream, floats, shakes, ect. to offer.
The service was impeccable. The food was delicious.
I had the Country Club Sandwich. The bacon was thick and meaty. The veggies were fresh, and the french fries were fabulous! I also liked being able to have a glass bottle of coke!
The prices were very reasonable. I really liked The Pleasant Hill Creamery. It's a fun place to enjoy lunch. We will go back.

What a unique experience! Ice cream, restaurant, bar, guns store. The decor was fun but the best part was definitely our server! We met friends there and from one other visit he remember several details about them, it was phenomenal service! My only criticism was for the price I would have liked little more food. I got burnt ends and after finishing them I was still a little hungry. I would and definitely will go back!

Wow! Where do I begin? The food here is just amazing. They have a chef from what we were told. We waited quite awhile for our meal and it was well worth it. We had the BBQ burnt ends with fries 🍟, and slaw. It was so-o good. The wait staff is so friendly and helpful. We didn't get to try their wonderful ice cream because the line was out the door.
Don't miss this place. It's great!

A local treat! This place has amazing BBQ brisket and burnt ends. The food is great everytime, staff is friendly, and there's a whole ice cream counter.

Absolutely amazing Prime Rib cut & cook! Wife’s Chicken Caesar was very “ehhh”, she liked my potato…

We have been here a couple of times now and were very impressed both times. The first time I got the ribs. They were a sweet-and-fall-off-the-bone-kinda-good. Spin was delicious-couldn’t stop eating it. I love the onion rings as well. My husband got the prime rib. It was HUGE, cooked perfectly and he loved it - & that’s saying a lot because he is very particular about his prime rib.

The second time I got the Cali burger - wow. The fries were perfect, loved the seasoning. We got the sliders for the kids and they loved them.

The mint chip is my favorite. Please don’t ever get rid of this flavor or change it! It’s perfect! I’ll drive all the way to PHill just for it.

Food was spot on!! Fast, hot and delicious! Not pictured is the Bloody Maria that was so good I drank the first before the Calamari even came out. I planned to take a picture of the second one but it was half gone before I remembered I wanted to take a pic! We will absolutely be back!

Everything about this place is 10/10! Chris, the kitchen guy was so knowledgeable and spoke highly of this place. It speaks volumes when not only the food is good but the staff is passionate about the place!

We only tried the ice cream but it was enjoyed by all 6 of us and the pricing is decent! Right off 7 highway, big sign, can't miss it. You can also order food and they even had a bar. Seemed pretty busy for a rainy evening, so it must have good food too! Waffle cones were flavorful, and the kiddo got to watch an employee dip cones while we ate 😊

Top notch service. Waitress was awesome and always checking on the party and the bartender was attentive, funny and made sure the drinks were on point. I had no idea this place existed and surprised it wasn't packed. The prime rib fries were hot and loaded with cheese, sweet bbq sauce and prime rib. Big portion appetizer that the whole table could share. The Western Burger had 2 mini onion rings, tomato, lettuce, BBQ sauce upon a burger. The burger was thick, not dry and the sauce gave it the right amount of kick. The side salad was bigger than expected and they didn't skimp on the croutons. I've been to plenty of places that will give you 3, however this salad had about 8 pieces and enough salad dressing that you didn't need to ask for more. My son ordered the prime rib and it was one serious prime rib. It was huge. Enough for 2 people to to eat or take some home. He said every bite had seasoning and not dried out. Perfectly cooked. The baked potato was fully loaded and packed to the rim. I only managed to take a pic of the prime rib. The chocolate martini was delicious. Equal balance of vodka, Kahlua and chocolate. The flirtini had champagne, vodka and pineapple juice. You could definitely taste the champagne with slight hints of the vodka and pineapple juice. Better than I expected. Lastly, I got a Moscow mule and it was on par. I have had plenty made with to much ginger beer and it kills the whole drink, however that didn't happen tonight and I was happy. Before we left, we stopped at the creamy part and got the black cherry and garbage bin ice cream. The black berry had lots of cherries in it and the garage bin had huge chunks of the candy bar pieces in it. The only part I didn't like was the white chocolate coating on the cone. It was extra rich and I should have went with the regular waffle cone.

Excellent Eatery. Food is reasonably priced, ice cream looks lovely even if I didn't partake. Earns a 2 thumbs up from my littles. Owner is on site and food was prepared both well and rapidly. Clean country look, fits the town.
