Comfort Inn & Suites Mandan - Bismarck

The staff was exceptional and went out their way to accommodate our every need. Our room was quiet and dark
and the beds were comfortable. The spa had great jets. The coffee in the lobby was freshly ground for each cup. The fitness room was small, but the equipment was good. I will come back again!

Very attentive staff and the property was exceptional all around. The continental breakfast provided a well appointed variety of items that helped to start the day just right.

The staff is excellent, ful breakfast is great and a light evening dinner w comp beer and wine! The rooms are clean and new. Great place to stop or stay!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in by far. This is the perfect hotel for my extended stay. Within walking distance of my office and a Walmart. My room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. All of the facilities are kept clean and are well maintained. There is free breakfast with many options and free dinner with a glass of wine or beer. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Coreen, who has made my stay even more enjoyable. Definitely will book here again!

We originally booked a room at the black stone hotel up the street, because the rooms looked new on the website that was not the case, we walked into our room and immediately, left.

Drove to this hotel, staff was great rooms are beautiful. 10/10! Will stay here again

My wife passed away and our funeral is back in Mandan. Full breakfast, light (free!) Lite Supper mon- Thur w beer and wine (free) Nice. Thank you Comfort inn and suites Mandan!

Quick check in, upon getting to our room a few issuers popped up. Letty working the front desk acknowledged the issue and quickly took corrective action. Hotel is in a quite area, rooms and common areas well kept. Good breakfast, on-sight laundry machines, nice gym, pool was closed for repairs. would definitely stay here again.

So glad I found this hotel. Lizzy I hope I spelt that right was polite and fast check in. Got me the perfect room. Room was very clean, roomy and bed was comfortable. Had a great sleep. Then free breakfast. Got in really late so was nice walking into the breakfast room and lots of bacon, smokies, eggs, small round potatoes. Fresh waffles or pancakes. Fruit and cereal. One of the better breakfasts. Also lady getting breakfast ready was busy either getting more food or cleaning floors. Nice to go and fill yourself up. Hotel was clean and checking out is always easy at Comfort Inns as they put your check out receipts under your door so just drop keys into box and out. This hotel will be first call when in area. Also had pool and hot tub. Pretty decent hotel.

My friend and I picked this hotel last minute for one night and this was the most enjoyable stay I’ve ever had at a hotel, like better than some 4 star hotels. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Free dinner and glass of wine the night of our stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were lots of choices and everything is CLEAN! Plus microwave AND fridge in our room. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about how excellent this hotel is. I stayed here numerous times before and the last couple days through a blizzard. The staff went way above and beyond! They provided food for lunch and dinner, knowing the guests couldn't get anywhere else to eat. The staff kept everyone up to date and were extremely friendly. The downstairs lobby was packed with random people talking and getting to know each other. I love this hotel and highly recommend any time you're in Mandan.

We were impressed with our room. Very Spacious and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast was just ok. The eggs had alot of water in them and could not eat them. We have stayed here before and definitely would again.

This is a great value hotel! Very accommodating front desk. Fabulous extended breakfast hours (6-10am everyday!) with well stocked hot food. Clean rooms and fun pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, the pool and hot tub were great, our room was nice and also very clean. I was happy that there was an actually comforter on the bed. You don't usually find that in hotel rooms. We like the pool but the paint on the walls are cracking and peeling. I think they need to put tile or something else on the walls. Our bathroom was clean but the drain in the shower is missing its cover and should be replaced. Also I have to say we thought the bed was very comfy! Overall we enjoyed it and had a great experience.

We are on a long vacation and this is the nicest hotel we have stayed in thus far. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

When check in the desk clerk was excellent made us feel welcomed, we stayed in a King Suite nice spacious room, pool and hot tub was in great condition, nice big towels to dry off with. Breakfast was great. There was omlettes, bacon, waffles, juice. Full breakfast bar. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to all travelers.

Giving this 4 star because of the pool. The hotel seems new, clean, and well kept, staff is good. The pool and hot tub on their own are fine. But they both seem to have too much chlorine, and the hot tub is a bit too hot. That combined with improper ventilation, makes it like a sauna in there. The high chlorine left out eyes burning a bit. These conditions are also leading to very accelerated wear to the walls, and anything metal getting rusty.
Updated this to 5 star after we had the breakfast(food was fresh, and had a large variety), and comparing it to other hotels, I think this is a good value

Very comfortable bed, great service. They called to say pool was being repaired and offered free cancelation if wanted. They care here. Highly recommend.

They are so accommodating. Mackenzie went above and beyond to make our group feel so welcome. We were there for a family reunion amazing and unforgettable. Love the hotel, and all the employees there were amazing. Highly recommend and will stay there again when we get back to ND. That you everyone

Went on a excursion looking at local coal mining and power plants. Had a great time and learned a lot. The hotel was clean and quiet. Had nice rooms and a complimentary breakfast. All was great. If I pass by here again I'll definitely stay here. Thanks so much.
