I would reccomend shoppers go here based on my experience with the morning staff because she was a very easy person to get along. I would reccomend it be your last stop on your shopping trip because this was my last stop and the worker was very pleasant and knew a lot ranging from eyelashes to hair dye and that helped me a lot because I was feeling overwhelmed tired and frazzled and so I was grateful for a "no fuss no confusion" type of employee there. Def spent more than I planned to because of that tbh! 😁❤

I feel like the people who work here could neverrr be paid enough for how helpful they really are. When they helped me out yesterday they saved my hair from a lot of possible damage, and their advice was really sound and helpful.

When I visited this store in the first week of August, a lovely girl here with half-black and half-green hair helped me pick out a hair dye and gave me lots of pointers. I had just gotten my hair cut, and I was feeling insecure and unsure. She was absolutely kind and wonderfully helpful, which made me feel more confident in myself. She went above and beyond.
She deserves a raise.

i was there the other night when the shopper katrina B. was and that is NOT how that whole situation went down. the girl who was on her phone was actually on her break and even said oh man i forgot to clock back in for my break and the conversation she is talking about was laughter another shopper and the cashier were sharing while they were talking about HAIR which is a conversation youd expect in that type of store i personally heard the cashier ask that lady multiple times if she needed help and asked her if she was doing ok Karen declined d both employees tried to help this rude customer and stayed classy about it the whole time trying to fix this situation and karen was so rude she brought the new employee to tears over some dry shampoo! those two ladies went way above good customer service to help make that situation right the manager even offered to help her find a new brand and pay for it out of her own pocket . katrina B. you should be ashamed of yourself for leaving that review. i always go this sallys for my beard oil and clippers these girls are always so nice and sweet to me and everyone else

i walked into sally’s having an existential crisis and ready to ruin my hair. i was a sobbing, groveling mess when the worker alexis came up to me with tissues and asked if i was okay. the sheer amount of knowledge that she had not only on the sally’s products, but the situation i was in fully just cured my mental illness. she convinced me to not chop off my gorgeous locks and then told me everything would be okay as if she was my own personal guardian angel sent from sally’s corporate. she told me that my ex would return the kids, and i’d win the negligent care court case that he got against me. i missed my kids so much and she had such a youthful glow, it was almost as if my children were back with me. i fully recommend this place and the worker alexis with the angelic soul. i will 100% be coming back to this sally’s sent from heaven.

I went into Sally’s for the first time in forever. I can’t remember her name, but the black haired girl working the counter was so nice and so helpful.

Update: I just came in the store again yesterday and a tall blonde employee helped me find a hair mask. (Go with the Eva NYC hair mask... it’s a life saver!!!)

Really nice store, but big, but nice and friendly. I dyed my hair with supply I bought from L'OREAL and kind of ruined my hair. Years after, I bought self-mixing hair dye from Sally, they helped choose hair color, and the dye supply doesn't hurt my hair really much, love the experience there!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE.....I went in to get several items and Gwen helped me. Not only was she a God send on picking out items and answering my questions she was also so bubbly....LOVED HER!!!!

Always helpful staff and always have what I need. Love the cleansing alcohol for cleansing just about everything.
