Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We finally found a Popeyes that was open in the lobby! They were extremely friendly and the lobby was clean. They were really quick preparing the food. The food was hot and delicious.

The spicy chicken sandwich is on par with the Chick-fil-A version. So, if you find yourself wanting a spicy chicken sandwich and there is no Chick-fil-A around, feel free to get one at Popeye's. You shan't be disappointed!

I love this Popeyes. I've never had a bad experience here!

Last 3 times I have been here, have not been able to get my food. How is this place still open.

The counter person offered us refills ans asked if everything was ok.

Southside Popeyes is the best one in Columbia. Super nice people and the food is fresh. Business loop Popeyes has employees that fight guests and get by with it. So the five stars is strictly for the south side nifong Popeyes.

Always great, blackened chicken sandwich is amazing. Nuggets are great and 36 piece box plus large fries can feed the family!!

My uncle likes to eat out. His choice is important and I like when he wants Popeyes! The drive through handled customers well and the wait wasn't long at all. My unk loves the sides. Coleslaw is our favoriate. The service and presentation always is on point.

After a great ordering experience i ended up confused that my meal was not at the same level that the customer service had been. Right behind me a long line formed I tried going in to asked for a replacement drumstick and the door was locked. No big deal at all :) turned out the was only one employee holding it down in there.
I decided to just wait til they had slowed down or come back bc I knew they would have wanted to make it right. Then I was approached by a man that had pulled up as I was getting back in my car, he got out approached me at a very respected proper social distance that he would take care of meal and brought me out a nice fresh two pieces of chx.
Then proceeds to go help his worker efficiently take care of a long line of customers. Thank you so much for your hard work, it does not go unnoticed. 🤟

My brother and I popped in to Popeye's at about 12:30 PM on a Monday. There was no line, even tho this restaurant was close to a local high school. The menu was fairly simple, and we wanted to try their touted chicken, so we both ordered a two piece dinner. The gal asked what pieces we wanted, and we indicated breasts would be great. I then asked about a military discount, and she replied in the positive, if I had a ID. I showed her mine, and since we combined orders, (and by brother was ex-military) we got 50% off on both meals. What a deal, thank you Popeye's. We also ordered extra crispy, and spicy fries. Delivery was very quick, and came with a biscuit. Various condiments were available and the chicken was steaming hot. To hot to take a big bite off. The fries were nice, good flavor, and a sorta generous amount. The breasts were too large for either of us to consume both, but now we have a perfect lunch for tomorrow!

It was a pleasant visit no complaints at all I just which that you didn't have to have a coupon to get a great deal tho because their coupons don't come out that often

Far superior to KFC, get the fried chicken!

Stopped in for a late lunch and enjoyed a good, hot meal for the two of us. The Spicy Chicken Tenders were hot, fresh, and delicious, the Red Beans and Rice rich with that solid Popeye's bite. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean, the service was fine, we did wait about 5 minutes for tenders to come up. The Coke Freestyle machine had plenty of selections to satisfy a thirst. A nice treat for the taste buds!

My family and I frequent this location b/c it is nearby and out two little girls like the chicken strips. I went through the drive-thru tonight solo with a craving for some hot fried fish. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and they were taking all necessary precautions related to COVID. I was highly impressed by both the fresh food (made to order) and top-notch customer service. Well done!!

Food was good but chicken pieces were on the small side. We did a get a good amount of fries though.

Service if drive thru was quick and I had a large order right at dinner time. I've been at Popeye's in Columbia and was in line for over 35 minutes. Definitely worth driving 5 minutes south to Popeye's on Grindstone!

I have been here a few times and the staff have always been awesome. They interact well with their customers and not to mention the food is always fresh and hot. Crispy chicken needs to be fresh and that's what they give. Will.keep.xoming back
